I been having the same family plan for years but I went on a Friday to get a new phone and daisy took care of me she told me if I wanted to get a high end phone that my phone bill have to go up and unfortunately she upgrade my family plan without my consent now I have to pay double SMH and I didn't even get a high end phone she gave me a cheap phone!

Went to this store and Daisy switched me to the highest plan when i asked for a lower plan and now i cant get out of it i have a cheap Motorola phone and im sopose to pay for 9 mnths so they can lower my plan. She lied to me. And this company is running a scam
