Good place for a car wash

Pretty good car wash. My car always looks clean after going through Buddy Bear. I’m satisfied with the washing here. You get what you pay for.
The only issue here is, they still haven’t replaced the light for the “Buddy Bear Special SIMON’s WAX and SHINE FOAM” sign , which I pay for a monthly subscription. I been a member for 3 years now and that light still hasn’t gotten replaced. You would think a simple quick fix would’ve been taken care of YEARS AGO but no, unfortunately not.
I’m paying 37.99 per month for the “Special LAVA WAX FOAM” wash but everytime I pull in, only the “DELUXE WASH” sign illuminates 💡. 3 years and I still haven’t seen the “SIMON’s WAX AND SHINE” LAVA FOAM light bulb replaced. It makes me wonder if I’m getting scammed and paying for the “Special LAVA Wash” but really only getting a DELUXE normal wash.
The other buddy bear locations reassure me when I pull inside their car wash because the “SIMON’s WAX AND SHINE” LAVA FOAM sign lights up. That’s what I’m paying for every month. And you can also see actual foam falling down your windshield. I’m not really sure if I can say the same about Berwyn location. Sometimes im skeptical but I give them the benefit of doubt.
Berwyn/Cicero location needs to replace those light bulbs on the “SIMON’s HOT WAX AND SHINE” so it can reassure costumers like myself that pay for the premium 37.99. Customers want to see exactly what they paid for when they put their car in NEUTRAL.
How many Buddy Bears does it take to screw in a lightbulb ? 😅💡

They are selling illegal cigarettes from out of state. Not paying taxes on them but want to charge us $15 a pack for cigarettes. Hope y'all get caught. I know the fine is pretty pricey per pack of cigarettes.

Buddy Bear is good whatever the location free vacuum no chgs still good even tho lately they have been having problems with their credit card readers

good price and good service , i would recommend downloading the exxon mobil app as you'll get points when you put gas since the gas station is right there and its 20 cents cheaper when buying a wash

Make sure that you have towels with you otherwise the car will be covered with spots.

Great old school customer service. The manager Carlos was so informative, helpful, he honestly went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The car wash itself is fast moving and plenty of vacuums.

Paid for the premium wash but car emerged dirty. They blast the back of the car with water to get the dirt off but somehow that is the dirtiest part of car. It runs pretty fast so it’s hard to see how it thoroughly cleans.
Paint is also now scratched in multiple places. Everyone raved about how great this place is.
Steer clear.

Love coming to this car wash they always have sales going on. On Tuesdays they give out free items wether it's a car towel an airfreshner or sometimes a free wash. Staff is always working hard scrubbing extra hard with he snow and salt stains. They also have free vacuums, makes the wash even better. Good prices on their monthly wash membership. And they are near a gas station so its good sre.

Not worth it to take your car here. My car was washed so fast I still have soap and my car is still wet.

Running to fast, soap still on truck and blowers don't have enough time to blow most of the water/soap off. Needs to slow down. To be more efficient. GREED.
