I had the worst experience in this Burlington.. never coming back to this location. I went this morning and the line was HUGE, when I returned at 6 pm the line was the same. I asked one of the workers about it, and they said they only had ONE cashier working. The lines were all the way to the shoe racks and they only had one cashier all day????

Has a decent selection but some of the staffing choices is… questionable? I asked a middle aged woman with glasses in the dressing room section for the code to the washroom and instead of telling me or saying she would send someone she told me to just go there and wait for an employee to come over to open it or another customer to walk out to use the washroom. Needless to say I waited quite a bit and it seemed very lazy on her end. Had it been an emergency, it would not have been ideal. Otherwise the other staff seemed fine but the store was a bit messy. The restrooms themselves were in an overall okay condition.

Long lines to always pay.
The store is not organized! I do not recommend it for quick purchases due to the waiting time to pay.

We were waiting for 40 minutes to be checked out because they only had 2 registers open and there were a lot of people on checkout line.

Recently visited and the store was cleaner than any other burlington i have gone to. They did have a line which was nothing to bad. Love the variety they have!

They do have good deals however they are unorganized due to lack of employees and there is always a 9minute line or greater

Clean and stocked but I've gone atleats twice a month for the past year and they ALWAYS only have one cashier. If it's the the rude bigger woman it's a tiny one that's overwhelmed from dealing with the super long lines alone . I don't blame them for having attitude. HIRE MORE PEOPLE

Short on staff one cashier decide to go to other store 15 minutes waiting big line for only one cashier while other staff just wondering around mens washroom a mess and it’s still lock both toilet clog up floor wet and they still have passcode lock

The place is really bad in there . The clothes are dirty . I just didn't like how I couldn't find anything I need to wear . Not a big selection for bigger guys
