My boyfriend is renting out a unit on the first floor. I had arrived to the storage place for the very first time, had no place to sit down while my boyfriend was organizing the storage space. I sat down on one of our wrapped up couches as he organized the unit, Manager comes by while boyfriend is in the bathroom, and just automatically assumed if I was living in there just Because I was sitting down on a wrapped couch. This was my first time here and now last. Manager was very rude she said right off the bat without even asking any question "oh so you're on a couch" "I don't care what you say I know you are and there's a blanket so you're sleeping here"She then walks out talking a bunch of smack for no reason,so unprofessional for a manger to speak to someone like that without any proof. tells she then yells at me as she's walking off saying that my boyfriend can't renew his lease for next month and that she's the owner of the building and can do what ever she wants since she owned the building and her words. She kept on repeating Sergio can't renew his lease for next month, she had the audacity to just assume that I was living. Knowing she has never seen before in the building...I know this place has cameras everywhere, you also need a security code to enter per customer that shows log times. Employees and management are able to look up times that a customer enters and can go back to CCTV footage and check the time they enter and left. Someone needs to retrain this manager to do a better performance,you can't just assume someone is living in a unit just because I was sitting down, while he organized for around 5 hours since nothing was organized, this woman has no right to assume something without doing some backtrack and checking CCTV footage and access code times.I would also like a verbal apology from her for the way she spoke to me and treated me, since that's the very first time I showed up to this place.She verbally abused me and this is unacceptable.
