I love this CVS, I could go to another CVS closer to my home but I choose to go to this one because the staff is so friendly and helpful along with being very respectful, unlike the CVS in my neighborhood. I love the sales and the staff are always ready to help me with my needs. Thanks CVS!

I never write reviews for anything but I like to write a review for Miriam she is really nice and takes the time to explain if in doubt and goes out of her way to help, and she also has the patience and smiles! thank you for that!

I love this Cvs! The staff is very courteous, they greet you as you enter and offer to help if you're looking for a specific item. I know cvs has their long receipts and coupons but the cashiers are well trained and know how to check out fast and keep lines short.

I'm actually surprised by the negative reviews, as I'm Yelping this location because I specifically will pass other stores to go to this specific CVS. Maybe I'm going at off times or something (usually on lunch during the weekdays) or in my most recent case, on a Saturday morning. I like that it is a little further down from the crazy busy intersection of Cicero and Cermak. I find this store to be quiet and clean. The cashier who helped me yesterday, Patricia, was really really nice. I have always made this my "I need to grab something quickly" pit stop, and I have always been cool with this store. I am actually a big fan of Walgreens, but the one on Cermak and Cicero is just too crazy for me. Bad intersection, hard to get into w/ the traffic and too many interesting characters who frequent it freak me out a bit (sorry, but I am from the burbs originally; while the city has hardened me quite a bit, I still have some suburban tendencies.) I can sneak down back streets to this CVS and it just (for me) proves to be an overall better experience.

Probably the dirtiest CVS I've gone too. Items just all over the floor. No joke....the line was long...wait....it was longggggggggggggggg! It extended all the way past the cosmetic area. It was like everyone that was in the store was just in line. I thought we were camping out for some tickets or something. Crazy! I gave an extra star only because the cashier was nice. P.S. Why are all CVS products so damn dusty???

This is honestly the worst drug store location I've ever been too. No matter what hour or what day, there is ALWAYS a line that leads back to the makeup section. Either workers don't care to open another register or they seriously need some extra employees now. Unfortunately it's the closest drug store to me, so I either must drive 10min to Walgreens or just walk 5min and deal with crappy service. I always question my horrible decision :-(

This location verbally abused my uncle, who is a type 2 diabetic and is blind from one eye. Pharmacist repeatedly yelled at my uncle and told him that he wasn't in the cvs system. When he actually was. She just gaved him a hard time.
