Either gone in there and steal or leave ya money on the register and walk out. Customer service is horrible, they always got an attitudes and talk to people any type of way. Manager need to hire better people cause they are full of…you know the rest.

They claim to open at 8 am but they don’t open the door till around 9! If you need to shop here shop in the daylight hours and be very cautious when shopping in this location.

This store is being run very unprofessional. I usually like this location because staff is usually nice. Today was extremely shocking. I can't seem to find the corporate number, so I'll rant here. There was a man putting stuff inside his bag, when he tried to exit the store he was stopped by one of the employees. They kept telling the man to take the stuff out of his bag, which the man didn't comply. I understand shoplifting isn't right, but this man was stealing FOOD. The man seemed out of it , however, the employee then proceeded to take out a BAT AND THREATHEN THE MAN TO HIT HIM WITH IT, INFRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF CALLING THE POLICE. HE KEPT SAYING THAT HE HAD A RIGHT TO DO IT AND WOULDN'T EVEN GET FIRED WHILE THE CASHIER WAS JUST LAUGHING. I DONT KNOW WHO IS THE MANAGER HERE , BUT IT'S NOW BEING RUN BY THE MOST UNPRESSIONAL NIGHT STAFF. ALL OF THAT FOR $12 WORTH OF COOKIES AND 2 DRINKS AND BOX OF TOASTER STRUDDLES.

I have always bought and no one has seen me that way or asked for the bag... I went today June 22, 24, those who should be taking care of them are not taken care of. On Thursday of this week, 1 car full of things was stolen and they didn't even notice. catching flies...things are stolen every now and then, it's a disgusting store and the floor is all dirty...it's cleaner outside than inside...they should pay more attention to everything...

This location is very unorganized and very nasty. Workers are very rude and unprofessional which is why they barely have customers shop there. Workers need to quit if they are not happy working there. Terrible customer service.

I dont know who is running this location, but the service is horrible. I was just there, and a sign was up saying closed for one hour. No time was on the sign. I knocked on the door and a slim dark colored black girl ran between the aisles to avoid being seen. I only wanted to ask what time the store was gonna re-open. I needed about $100 worth of items, but ok. I will spend my money with Walmart. Also, I called the store location twice, and no one answered either time.
What a waste.

I’m generally not a fan of Dollar General, but this one is awesome. Very clean store, very friendly and helpful staff, and an overall good environment. I came in, looking for something specific, and I could not find it on their shelves because they did not have more in stock - they were sold out. Xiomara took initiative to call other locations for me to find out where I could get what I was looking for - she didn’t want me to have to go to each store and check. Both Xiomara and Ricka made me think positively about Dollar General! Both were very helpful! A+

Always only have one register open and they close whenever they want to. They even removed the store hours from the door.
