So I was referred by a friend that the vet there gives fair prices and good judgement and care. What I received was over priced services and charges and I said I’ll just take the pills for dogs itch.. I was charged 279 still alot more than merricks in Brookfield ..The people there will up charge you and until you say well too much they will then lower the prices but honestly I will say this please don’t bring your pets there go somewhere else I made a mistake to think to leave my vet in Brookfield to try them .. plz avoid them at all cost for your money and services and pets

Came at 6:30 and its closed. Google hours say they close at 7 and supposedly the hours were updated 5 days ago. Door says open until 7. Again, came before 7 and its closed already. I called to schedule an appt and they NEVER CALLED BACK TO CONFIRM. After a week I had to call them back. How do you run a business with the lack of professionalism.

I took my dog for a check up because I needed a Travel certificate when they told me the price I was looking at $260 just for that certificate which I thought that was a little to pricey so I said no, then just to give me that information they charge me $75.00 dlls they didn’t even do an examination on him they just took his weight and that’s it. $75.00 for nothing. Not recommended, also all the other prices for everything are way too high

Dr. Neel and his team are outstanding! They show such compassion and love for my fur babies and Dr. Neel keeps on top of what is new in the field of veterinary medicine so I am 100% confident that he knows exactly what is right for my furkids and the best way to treat them. More importantly, when he doesn't know, he researches the condition extensively and has called us on weekend evenings. I don't know of any Vet, or human doctor for that matter, who will do this for their patients.I only wished he treated us humans too!

This is a great place to bring your pets! We brought our two puppies when they were sick with parvo and the vets here gave them meds and treatment that allowed them to have a full recovery! We now bring them for any other issues and follow ups.Everyone here is very kind and you know they want the best for your pet!

We brought in our two fur babies after one started vomiting and unfortunately found out she had Parvo. A week later we found out the other pup also had it, but the vets at this location truly helped us a lot during the process and recovery. They were given meds that truly minimized the symptoms as we saw on social media how bad Parvo can get. Fortunately our pups were alright after 4-7 days and are now recovering together. Thank you vets! We hope to make this location the pup’s main one now since it’s close to home

This place will charge you a copious amount for such a minimum checkup. They purposely attempt and will even demand you to get all services done then bill you for ridiculous things and stuff you didn’t even ask for. LOTS OF HIDDEN FEES. Someone please report this place to the BBB.

such a TERRIBLE FIRST experience here. I brought in my dog due to our normal vet being booked for the week & this was the closest vet with an opening available and my dog is in pain. I arrived early, filled out some paperwork and was brought inside a room after about an estimated 15 minute wait (expected wait time- as it’s normal procedure at most vets). When I entered the exam room, it looked dirty. There was a mat laid on the exam table that had a few dog paw stains and some dog hair on it. When the vet came in, he seemed unfriendly and asked me how long I’ve had my dog for (which I found odd but brushed off). He asked me to put my dog on-top of the dirty mat so I notified the vet that the mat was dirty and did not want to risk my dog getting an infection from any possible bacteria left behind from previous animals who were on the exam table as it wasn’t cleaned/disinfected.He went to go confront his vet tech about it not being clean and came back to place a towel on top of the dirty mat so I could lay my dog on top of. He then asked if my dog was friendly and I said she was however she was nervous near men. He then made a smart comment, somewhere along the lines of “well there’s 2 men in here…” so I proceeded to say, “yeah, clearly that might be an issue.”. (you’re the vet- if a client states their dog is nervous of men, use common knowledge and expertise to suggest a muzzle BEFORE making smart comments. I don’t require you, as the vet, to state the obvious with snarky attitude). I could visibly see that he now had an attitude after I mentioned the dirty exam table. Then he hurriedly examines my dog for about 2-3 minutes - all while making comments about my dogs skin tags & cysts. (I explained I was aware of her skin condition however brought my dog in due to her limping) however he even started to count the skin tags & cysts out loud which I found to be unnecessary.. - I informed him again, that I was already made aware of her skin issues and was working on it with her normal vet.okay, so moving on - I questioned why she may be in pain since he didn’t address my main concern (entire reason I brought her in) and instead he asked me to place her down to walk so he could see her limping and so I did.She didn’t yelp (FYI- she’s wearing a muzzle) and bc she didn’t yelp, he suggested she needed xrays and bloodwork to figure out what the issue is instead of checking her paws/legs thoroughly to see if they were possibly hurt.I was frustrated at this point. He was ready to leave the room after the rushed exam but I respectfully told him I still had a few questions before he left the room. I again asked for any possible reason for my dog being in pain so I could get her the help she needs and he flat out said “I don’t know. I already told you she didn’t cry when she walked so I don’t know what to tell you.” - this comment threw me all the way over the edge. Although, I was extremely pissed- I remained my composure and stated that because she didn’t cry in THAT exact moment, does NOT indicate she wasn’t in pain. I brought her in for a reason, not to waste anyones time.Well that made him visibly upset and he then told me he wouldn’t charge me for the visit and told me to take her back to her original vet.. LOL I already planned to do so as soon as I saw he did a quick 2-3 minute exam, disgusting attitude and the fact that he was in such a hurry to leave the room without properly giving my pet the attention she required for an exam. I waited longer for him to see her than he spent examining her.. BFFR! I’ve never had an issue with a vet before but this man was so rude, I had to leave a review. I’ll be escalating this matter to BBB and appropriate parties regarding the unsanitary exam room & unprofessionalism.Although I didn’t mention anything about the pricing bc I would have paid, I expect service for what I’m paying for. Needless to say, he took the initiative to say he wouldn’t charge me which seemed fair as he didn’t provide professional service.I should have read the reviews BEFORE coming in!!!

worst service ever. i called & asked if i could bring my sick dog in & the lady answered with attitude & said that she was busy until next week. then i went in person because my dog wasn’t moving & she was stiff & blue & she noticed how sick my dog was but still sent us to another vet 30 mins away & on the way over there my dog passed away in the car.

Amazing vet and staff! Very clean facility. Dr. Neel is very knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve been going to him for a few yearsand he always explains everything very nicely. The staff is nice and it shows that they care about my fur babies and want the best for them.
