10 min at drive thru no one acknowledge you no one greet you you don’t know if they open or close. Poor customer service.

9 out of 10 visits to the drive thruNot one person acknowledges you. They take the tube.. process and return with not even a hello or thank you. Mostly is the hispanic gal with long hair.Today waited more than 5 minutes while she took care of someone at front counter prior to helping me. Im ok with that as long as you acknowledge me and say something. I feel like a number and not a valued customer. Recommending our company move to chase bank. I see so many negative comments about the same service Nd nothing done

This is not about my banking experience but the security here. Why are security only posted outside? I would feel safer if they were inside because. Also One security guard was in the hot sun and looked like he was going to pass out. They said they can't go inside only to use the bathroom and then back outside in the heat and soon below freezing in the winter. In my opinion that's abuse. Let them stand inside and then make regular patrols outside.

Unfortunately every time I come to make a deposit via the drive through it takes the teller over 5-7 minutes to even greet me and the deposit time takes over 20 minutes which is ridiculous when I’m the only one in line. I wish the service at location was a good as the Logan Square location that I frequent.

Excellent employees and they are very helpful to the customers this location can be real busy depending on when you come to visit.

Besides it busy real busy in the lobby and drive through on the weekdays especially during the evening the employees are pretty nice.

Went to make a deposit Saturday at the ATM and the atm eat my money and got a error message , but no money back at all. This has happened multiple times now, when I try to deposit cash. The atm is old and outdated. I went inside and the personnel stated they could not do nothing beside give me a number to call and file a dispute. I have been calling for four day now and i'm on hold for a whole hour with NO answer. This is the worst experience now with this atm and bank service in general. I will switch my accounts immediately and report them to BBB. They should not take customers money and to top it off not answer the phone for days.
