I understand the rules but they really are not for the people. I am struggling during a pandemic and keep going negetive and they will not help to remove the fees. I have no choice but to close this account.

I will never come to this bank again and I suggest no one comes hear ever. I was told by the cashier or teller when I put my card through the machine just grab it causing my self who has a disability to get out and come around to front and go inside to get it back. Nothing was wrong with card but I was told by the teller some comes to open the box on Mondays and will mail it back. It's been 2weeks and no card was sent back. When I called them up they said my card was not in the box and someone should of called me but no one did. What is really crazy is What HAPPEN to my card. So now I have too call for another card to come in mail. PLEASE NOTE ONE COME HEAR. I actually want to put zero stars.

I will never be a custumer of this bank. They charge you to cash a check from their customers, if you don't have an account with them. Customers representative was a little bit rough when I ask about why do I have to pay to cash a check from their customers.

I was recently notified I needed to change my account type due to an overhaul of banking products that was taking place in the near future. This location is really close to my work so I popped in one night after work. I had the pleasure of meeting Personal Banker Ana Acosta. She was very friendly and sweet and made it the most fun bank visit ever! I initially was dreading the appointment, as who wants to hang out at a bank after a long day at work? However, Ana made it really painless and, actually, informative! She explained all sorts of products and benefits too me. I ended up opening a credit card because you get points on everyday stuff. I normally don't want additional cards, but this one really seemed to make sense with my lifestyle! She even is able to offer educational services to employees at my workplace. Overall, the visit was super productive. I am really happy to have met her and can't wait to partner with her to help the employees in my workplace!
