The service was good, but what I didn't like was that the machines were out of order. Only two of them worked, and some lady didn't like that the people in front of us didn't want to donate money for bags and gave them an attitude.

I walk in this store with a bag from target and the bag was tied up. I am in the store for about 10 mins.! This black security lady walks up and says “I NEED YOUR BAG” after I refused because I don’t understand why you didn’t ask for it when I first came in the dam door! Then she go talking about me to the manager, a rude Hispanic man with black hair and glasses. They were so unprofessional, I won’t ever go back to this five below!
