feel cheated. I bought an impact-resistant window and the glass broke when I took it out of the packaging and I couldn't return it because of the company's policies and that's because it's impact-resistant. Wow.

I called to confirm item was in stock and ask them to pull the item from back as I would be there right before 8pm and I didn't want to make them stay late. I get there 4 minutes before 8 and the gate was already down and doors locked. Security guard said they would take care of me tomorrow... as I'm walking back to my vehicle security opens the gate to let's employees out to go home right at 9pm... I literally told you I was on my way...

Five employees standing around talking to each other in the office I try to get customer service I could see they're looking at social media on their phones The answer I get is if it's not out there we don't have it. There's more and more discount tool stores opening up time to start looking into those

I drove 30 minutes to this store for 1 item. I arrived at exactly 7:48 and the security saw me walking to the door and brought down the security door right before I walked in turned around and walked away. I tried knocking because clearly there was still time and who ever was on the register just looked at me. This is ridiculous I understand everyone wants to go home after work specially on the weekend but the store states that it closes ar 8pm not prior.

Female Manager Tamara saw me buying a concrete breaker employee mentioned bits were included on box. When I got to the work place comes up that there is no bits and someone said they're not in stock. Rented one from home depot. Came back to return and she said she wasn't waving restocking fee even though I bought it a few minutes ago and knowing it was they're mistake. I said fine charge me for the stocking fee and now she doesn't want to reimburse my money. I have to come back one another manager is at the store.. last business for me at this store. Just coming back to return the breaker and thats it

It's a Harbor Freight. Almost 'nuff said.
Some would call it "Harbor Fright," but I have no issues with their stores--as long as you know what they offer (they're quite honest about the range and quality of their tools from what I've seen online).
You can get some really good deals on basic stuff here; I often check with this place before going to either the two much larger home improvement/tools/building supplies big box joints just to the north of here.
I happen to like really strong magnets and use them on lots of stuff. They have a decent assortment here toward the back.
Employees are always polite and helpful--if and when (like other places) you can find one.
