I visit this particular store often. The staff inside the store are always helpful. But, not always knowledgeable. Which is fine if you're working at a grocery store. But, if I'm spending thousands of dollars, I would like someone with some home repair / general contractor experience under their belt. Don't let me forget to mention the nightmare experience I had in the parking lot with the Paul Blart wannabe security guard driving around as I arrived to pick up my sheet rock. My man told me I couldn't park in the loading zone of the Home Depot. Then, he threatened to call the police because I wouldn't acknowledge him after he threatened me with arrest. This guy was extremely unhinged. I felt he was really sad he wasn't an actual police officer, but I digress... So, my overall experience as much as I would like to rate it higher is a general 3/4 every time I go here. I just wish there was an alternative closer so I wouldn't continuously have to have the same experience...

this location a joke the store manager is very, unprofessional messing around with an associate in lumber which she makes it known she should be fired than you got denise at service that stands around doing nothing.. Associates are very lazy and not knowledgeable..

The best experience I ever had in any Home Depot ever! I had gone to other Home Depot’s and had a couple bad experiences but this Home Depot is very well-kept and the associates are wonderful. The flooring associate, Axel, is very knowledgeable about the department and he helped me load my cart up. I didn’t even ask if he could load the cart up, he did it by himself. He’s so wonderful and cute.

My boyfriend was harassed in the men’s bathroom and when he tried asking an employee for help they didn’t want to help him they rubbed it off the shoulder and when he asked them for help they told him “they couldn’t do nothing about it “ definitely don’t recommend this Home Depot !

If you're a Pro and a big spender, I'd highly recommend going to the North Ave store. The store managers here are stingy and won't give any discounts even if you spend 10's of thousands. They won't even answer your calls or emails. Menards 11% is also a better option.

In customer service there is an old lady. They should put her somewhere else, she is a despotic person with no respect, this old lady should be retired, or not have her in the place where she does not deal with people, I only went to pick up a purchased item and she did not give it to me until she made me go get a cart and then leave it on the floor and have to pick it up and put it in the cart myself, what was the point of demanding that I go get a cart if at the end of the day I had to pick it up from the floor, I told her that I would carry it and she was stubborn about not giving it to me and in a bad way she told me, I was about to leave, it was better to leave, but I was with my son, I did not want him to see a worse scene. So all that remains is to wait for the store to do something.

Beware, store has rats and is extremely filthy. Please go to another home depot! Manager said I was lying after reporting it.
