“I went in to pick up an online order. It took longer than I expected. It would be nice if pickup area was closer to front of store OR if they would've let me drive to the back of store, stay in my car, and someone bring out my purchase and put it in my as they did on ALL of my previous order pickups.”

“Andersonville Kitchen & Bath is an excellent place to visit if you are planning a kitchen or bathroom remodel. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me understand my options. The showroom is well organized and filled with high quality fixtures, cabinets, and design ideas that are easy to visualize in a real home. I appreciated how patient the team was in answering questions and offering practical suggestions. The entire experience felt professional and stress free, which is exactly what you want during a renovation project.”

“If it wasn’t for the manager Christina, I honestly would never shop at this location again. Christiana was absolutely heaven sent, extremely professional, and patient. She did not rush me and allowed me to ask the questions I had. From prior experience at this location I did not think that professionalism was taught. But Christina, absolutely changed my perspective.”

“I recently ordered both roller blinds and curtains from AM Center Home Supply, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I first reached out by phone to ask about options, and the staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining everything. I then visited the store to look at different colors and styles in person. They have a great selection, and it was easy to find something that matched what I had in mind. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other places I looked at. After that, they scheduled a home visit for installation. The team arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a very professional job. Everything looks great and fits perfectly. Overall, the process was easy and efficient, and the service was excellent throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for window treatments or home solutions.”

“Never knew about this place. My sister's church had some draperies and blinds clean there. So she expressed to me how friendly and affordable and welcoming they were. And they are. They are not set up yet for credit card purchases. But you can do a check or cash. Very easy.”

“Every time I go into the store, it feels so chaotic. Otherwise the staff is pretty decent. They’re very helpful. I think the customers need to be more respectful of the space and not throw things around, but the workers themselves do a great job.”

“when I went to pay for this Dewalt bit kit it was marked wrong . The lady at the register went over to where I found those bits. Seen it was accidentally stocked for $8.99 so she adjusted the pricing and I received the item for the price I thought it was suppose to be .”

“My go to store for materials. Staff is always helpful when looking for something. They will walk you to it, not just point to an area like HD. It’s a smaller store, but they have most of what I am usually looking for.”

“I had an outstanding experience working with Brian in the appliance department at Home Depot. He normally works in doors and windows however, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right refrigerator for my home rather than just making a sale. Brian took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the differences between the various models, and helped me compare features, pricing, and value. His professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming purchase feel easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service like Brian's is hard to find these days. Thank you, Brian, for making this such a positive experience!”

“I had such a great experience at Home Depot today. I walked in completely new to gardening and explained to one of the employees that I had no idea what kind of soil or plant food I needed. Instead of just pointing me in a direction, the kind woman I spoke with took the time to walk me through the different types of soil and explain what each one was used for. She also helped me choose the right plant food and answered all of my beginner questions without ever making me feel like I was bothering her. She had such a friendly personality and a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even better. As someone who's just starting my plant journey, it meant a lot to have someone who was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and she definitely made a lasting impression. Thank you for taking the time to help a new plant mom feel confident. I'll definitely be coming back to Home Depot for all of my future plant and gardening needs!”

700 Broadview Village Square, Broadview IL 60155
“I was at Home Depot’s Garden Center today. I an really impressed with the quality and variety of their perennials. A much better selection than last year and very reasonably priced. The plants looked healthy and well cared for. I am planting a pollinator garden this year in my parking strip and found several pollinator plants here that are on my list. I am giving 4 stars because there are more perennial and ground cover varieties that I think they should stock. I’ll check back in a few weeks to see if more of the plants I need are on sale. If so, 5 stars!”

“I had to visit twice in one day. What stood out to me though was the first time i visited some workers were cold but one young lady who was quite petit still tried to help me with a heavy A/C despite other customers demanding her attention. Unfortunately I had to return it because the operating panel was destroyed. I knew what i was getting with an opened box which I was fine with because of the discount. Anyway, when i brought it back I was greeted with warmth and support by three different workers. Eric tho, he did the heavy lifting. Thanks guys!”

“We seem to get lucky and are able to find a great deal in the clearance section at this location. We found a 12 foot long countertop that was originally $210 for $40. Although the people are no where near as knowledgeable as those at Ace, there friendly and are usually able to find someone who knows the answer.”
-
2570 N Elston Ave, Chicago IL 60647
“We visit this Home Depot from time to time when working in the area. It's not my regular Home Depot, but most HD's are organized in the same way. No frills, no drills, nothing to write home about. On this last visit we picked up a Milwaukee plumbing tool, and some Husky attachments. We learned that the original snake on the plumbing tool did not simply take the attachments. We needed to order a thicker snake anyway, so everything worked out.”
-
200-232 W 87th St, Chicago IL 60620
“The rating is for the store, however, there was a rude, nosy lady at the locker I needed to access. She stood in front of the screen even though she was done, then turned & asked me did I need to get in there (like I was standing there for my health). All she needed to do was mind her business & move.”

7971 S Cicero Ave, Chicago IL 60652
“This is an amazing store with a fantastic selection of products. Every visit, they're friendly, approachable, and genuinely happy to help. Great selection, excellent service, and a spotless store make this an easy 5 out of 5. I'll definitely keep coming back.”
