“Had a great experience using closet works! We started out at the showroom to get a grasp of what we were looking for for our closets. Once we had a good idea a designer came out and measured everything and confirmed everything we needed for the closets. The closet space was particularly tricky because we have angled ceilings. She (Lisa) created a beautiful layout that we got to approve before all pieces went into production. The closets took 11 weeks to be produced (due to Covid the wait times were longer but this was very clearly communicated to us throughout the process). 11 weeks later an installer showed up and did an amazing job (I wish I’d gotten his name because he was so good and professional). One shelf was damaged in shipping, so they came out about a week later to replace it free of charge. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up the space afterwards which was surprising, I figured there would be dust and whatnot but all I had to do was a light mopping (I could tell he tried to wipe up the area as much as possible with rags). Overall I am so happy with closet works service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend.”

“TLDR; Outstanding experience! (Paint department). Massive shout out to the amazing worker who was able to help me with my home improvement project. I came to Home Depot not knowing how to paint, and left confident enough to finish the project in one night. The young gentleman working in the paint department on Jan 18th, 2024 ~8p was extremely knowledgeable and gave me amazing advice. My bathroom turned out beautiful!! Everyone I spoke to showed kindness and compassion, which is rare these days.. I now found a new love for Home Depot and am excited to shop at this specific store again (I even came back for more paint!!)”

“The AKB team is just top-notch. In late 2020, they redesigned two bathrooms and a kitchen for me. The end results were incredible! They were fun to work with, supportive along the entire process from design, manufacturing, and installation. And when there were elements involved that they did not sell (fixtures, appliances, etc.) they helped with referrals to others in the area that they had great working relationships with.I sold the condo they helped me re-design earlier this year, and I miss it everyday! I look forward to the day we renovate our house, just to work with the AKB team again.”

“With the help of David Sandoval we just replaced our old bay windows with new Marvin Infinity windows. He was very helpful and very fast to answer any questions. And the windows look amazing !!I thought the whole process will take the whole day but the team was done with everything and out the door in less than 4 hours.The caulking work around the windows on the inside was impeccable and I am very picky when it comes to details. Everything was done to perfection. I was impressed. I love these windows!Thinking of replacing more of the old windows with Marvin Infinity.”

“My wife and I had order tiles for our bathroom for curb side pickup and we were having an issue with the system showing them as being ready for pickup but when we arrived it looked like they weren't on the order anymore. We worked with Victor and he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got our complete order. Victor and Alex then both loaded up a car with all the heavy boxes and despite it being terribly cold, they were so kind and helpful! It’s big, sometimes help is hard to find, an employee may be surly.I haven’t checked, but I’m guessing the review rating of this place is somewhere around 3. When something bad havens, people are quick to leave feedback. But when it’s good we just carry on with our day.I really like this Home Depot. The staff is filled with a lot of young people who are quite pleasant and competent. True, it may be hard to find stuff but the place is big. And prices are low; I don’t expect to find contractors working there with 25 years of experience!I recently rented a truck for 3 hours and 43 minutes. It cost me 80 bucks plus tax. That’s about 20 dollars an hour. That’s great. And the truck drove well, and was in good condition. It was a comfy ride and big. The young man at the rental desk was very nice on a very cold day.I asked a woman for help solving a problem. She walked me around the store until we found the perfect solution: a roll of insulation. I wish I had gotten her name. Any way, she knew the store and put on her thinking cap until we found just what I needed.Another young woman helped me find a washer in plumbing. Now it may be easy to dismiss a young Latina with a fancy hair style as not being a competent plumber, but she knew her area that’s for sure.The tool area in this store is big and the aisles are wide, which I’m not used to at a Home Depot.This store is around the corner from a nice mall as well.I get what I need at this Home Depot quickly and at a good price. The shopping experience is good. What more do I need from a store? Nothing.Thanks, Home Depot! And thanks rental guy and Latina gal and air conditioner insulation gal. You’re a credit to your company. If I find out their names I’ll let the company know that they’re doing well.”

“Home Depot rarely disappoints. I’m here 2-3 times a week picking up materials for my shop and garden. Although I’ve seen a clear staffing shortage and a lack of knowledge in the employees over the last few years. The new Ap can locate the goods you on the shelves and I can just Google if I need to know something. Thumbs up!”

We originally ordered some of the in-the-wall components from them, and they were able to track and make sure everything was compliant. When a few of my selections wouldn't work, they were helpful in recommending alternatives that matched the style of other selections while also being considerate of cost considerations. All that saying, the prices were also incredibly competitive, and it feels great to support a locally owned small business. Highly recommend!”
