Don’t not buy phones from this place he’s sell stolen phones here I made a police report with Chicago and Cicero PD my car was broken into and it shows the location in his store, my iPhone, and my iPad this guy needs to be shut down and plus Police found out the people on the review are his family members they’re not real customers you’ve been worn

Cracked my phone in the middle of May this year, and the guy working there said I'd get it back on the 1st of June. Time comes around and I go to retrieve and, he says he hasn't even started on it and said it'd be ready by Monday. Monday comes around, and he hasn't finished it. He said he'd deliver it to me, never shows up. Here comes Thursday and, I have the phone again but it's completely different. I'm stuck on something called BI SmartLink and can't get off, I don't know what that is. I'm pretty sure this isn't even my phone at all and it's still in the back not fixed. Paid $150 just to get a different phone back. Came here twice and never going to again. Worst service ever.

Took a phone here that got badly damage half an hour after dropping, my phone came back completely restarted! I'm sure this isn't my phone.
