Bad customer service! Lazy and incompetent employees. Came here to buy windshield wipers and they told me they didn't have time to install them. They told me to buy them and come another day to get them installed! Three employees and two of them were texting. What a joke....they were not busy. Went to AutoZone and got them installed there with no problem. Go to AutoZone they have better customer service.

I went in looking for something to help me pass my emissions, the manager recommended that I add a Cataclean to help clean my system. Product helped me pass, and saved me a couple of hundred bucks in repairs. The manager cares about the customers and knows his store/products. He was a very polite and really handsome.

POS Store sold me used brake pads!.. who tf does that!??!
Are you guys going to reimburse me the service fees I had to pay for only getting half my service done?! I highly doubt it!...So now I have to pay again to have them put on....

I buy most of my parts there the alternator I don't recommend because I brought one in December and the alternator was making my battery light come on and the mechanic said it was something bad inside the alternator so I had to have it replaced I didn't have to pay for the alternator but I had to pay $100 to have it put back in my car wasn't happy about that already paid 100 to have bad alternator installed.
