ATM very often don’t have money or not working at all.
If I want to deposit more than 2 checks at the time, the machine can’t read the amount of it and keeps returning the checks. Long lines to use the ATM because they lack the door where the other ATM is at and we can’t get in after certain hours.

Slow service in drive Tru...expect a 20 plus min wait. For transactions that should be quick and fast , is not. Ogden location is same story ..

I just called into the branch, took them very long to answer and when they did I heard the bank representatives entire conversation with clients. I heard client names, appointment information and other sensitive information. Very concerning! I ended up hanging up on my end since I heard more clients coming in and their conversations too.

Never had any issues with staff. Today I experienced a young lady who assumed I spoke Spanish and then when I told her I didn’t she had an attitude.

PNC's ATMs never work. I've had to visit 3 banks at a time before giving up.. soo annoying..

I’ve been a customer of PNC bank for a few years now. My experience have always been excellent. I do recommend this bank often. Specially this location, Ángel Rogelio is very patient, professional and does an excellent job educating the customers!

Ive always had great customer service here BUT their ATM never works, Ive had to drive to another PNC due to this atleast 8 times over the last year or two.

PNC on Ogden has much better service and never had an issue with their atm.Never been a fan of this location. Recently, I’ve gone to the drive up atm on 2 different occasions and my transactions don’t process. I get a receipt that says “Incomplete transaction” which makes no sense when I have enough funds in my account. The first time I called and it took a while before someone picked up and when they finally did, I informed the person of the situation and she had an attitude. The 2nd time I didn’t even bother and just went to a different PNC.
