The lady in the office is super nice and friendly. The storage facility itself has a very weird smell. I found a dead mouse in my unit. There are many units there that are used to store food products, not sure if that causes the rodents….

I had an absolute amazing transaction with Mrs Pat at the Burbank location after having issues Mars pat was very nice excellent Customer service everything went smooth she explained everything to me she allowed me to ask questions and answered them with no problems I’m completely satisfied with my service and my unit she walked through everything showed me my unit how to get in and out I’m a happy customer thank you Mrs pat you made my day

The manager Laquisha, is an excellent and amazing worker. She always goes above and beyond, and is very diligent in performing her job duties. She is always polite and courteous in helping customers, and is deserving of a raise.

The manager Dil was a big help for me today. I was able to process my rental online and when I came to the facility minutes later, she was in the office and was eager to help me with my app and even showed me where my unit was. Hassle free renting storage here and their staff are wonderful

Came in 2 minutes till close and usually they don't take me but this young lady manager at this location, her name is Dil, she is awesome! Took me right in and assisted me with making my payment. I've been a customer, been with this company for a long time and I've never seen such a great customer service. Public storage give her a raise!
