Came to this dealership 10/31 with every intention of test driving some cars. Instead, the owners shoddy and corrupt shortcuts on their cars cause me to get seriously injured. I attempted to climb into a Jeep to give it a test drive, but the salesman was too lazy to even move it off of the ramp. Not only that, the handle was zip tied to the ceiling, the Jeep was lifted, and there was nothing to step to get into it. I completely fell and hit my head and the entire right side of my body, Knocking the wind out of me and making my vision go black. The salesman attempted to blame it on me saying that I shouldn't have put all of my weight on the handle, but I am only 5 ft 4 in tall, and I had no other way of getting into a truck that had the seats at about chest height for me. When we went back 20 minutes later to get pictures and insurance information, they had already moved the car off of the ramp to try and hide their poor business practice. The owner is almost completely inaccessible, and I suspect they are lying to me about his availability. When I first went to the dealership they said he would be there in an hour, now suddenly he's nowhere to be found.
Do not even bother with this place, they seem to not care that someone got hurt on their property. I wouldn't be shocked if the security cameras 'mysteriouly' didnt record what happened. Despite there being signs posted all over the lot reminding you that you're on camera. Just go somewhere else.

All I’m gonna say is bogus! Yes the vehicles look good but it be stuff wrong with some of them !I purchased a vehicle 5/22 and baby I been having problems with that vehicle since! Just keeping it 100

Put 4k down on a car broke down on me within a month ,was told they would fix the car they send me to a mechanic, mechanic said I would have to pay out of pocket for it broke down on me a few more times after that bad experience with this dealership ,sold me a car that didn’t work

My husband and I bought a Cadillac SRX today drove it straight off the lot and drove it home to Ohio no problems. Pablo was excellent and the owner Ron took care of all paperwork and was great. Definitely recommend buying from Ron's Auto Sales. Thanks for the great experience.

This place is horrible and does not care about people well being I purchased a car from here and barely had it a year and everything has pretty much gone out on now It now I have no car at all they told me the car was in good condition that was a huge lie I have a child it’s cold out this is a huge inconvenience.. poor service smh

Never late on a car note unless I had to fix my car I work very hard and I’ve only had my car 9 months engine is gone they fixed the transmission twice alternator went bad water pump no late oil changes i replaced belts I replaced a lot on this car bought it with abs lights on sold it to me with no traction control almost died but yea go spin your hard earned money here you will see yourself just because your a nice guy doesn’t mean them cars any good I never complain but this is caused me to loose my job

Bought my first car here upfront . They said it was in "good condition" 1 week later! radiator leaking antifreeze, rotors,break pads,control arms,gas cap was stuck, all that had to be replace also driver door handle stop working! He sent me to a "good mechanic" were they were charging me 650$ just to change the door handle!! Only way to get in was thru passenger side, check engine light came on. The car was nothing but problems!
