Lesson learned!! I left and came back NO ONE LIKE ZITA, an incredibly fabulous transformation!! From blonde to brunette, my hair was back to life, now shiny and bouncy!! Thanks to all the ladies at Impresiones Salon.

Been gatekeeping this gem for years. I've been coming to this salon since the early 90's. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The owner is very knowledgeable and always gives recommendations to help maintain my hair healthy. Best in Cicero, if you know, you know.

Very clean and organized salon. Zita is my stylist here and she is great! She’s very honest about the condition of my hair. She has been working with me to make sure my hair is 100% healthy before I dye it again. I know I can trust Zita with my hair.
Every other stylist in the salon is also very welcoming and helpful. They work as a great team here.

I understand there are days the owner or supervisor will not be there, but underlining the side employees to take charge for the day will not directly take customers as accordingly as the owner or the policy of the establishment. Putting me with a new employee that had come late and was my last option to get the haircut. For who ever was uncharge did not want to show the day of working. I'm sure the girl with glasses elderly highlights and maybe around the age 40-50 was not in charge . I have been going to this establishment for 13 years since 12 by my parents and I know who the owners are to the point the supervisors but that certain individual who took me in and directed the new employer to take me with out any detail supervision of my service. I would let everyone know this establishment has not given the customers the satisfaction of their needs only because certain individuals incharge are not adequate to direct who are not experienced to do so. I would say don't go here on purpose they do things to customers they don't like who come in and on purpose do their cuts in dissatifying ways on purpose with out any supervision nor owner .

for reference, the first picture is how my original hair was, never used bleach on it, granted I used to have red and black coloring on it but never bleach, the next 2 pictures are the inspo pictures I showed my stylist zita to what I wanted, first session she put the discoloration/bleach on my hair to take out previous colors then go in with a more ashy brown, after the first session it still maintained pretty healthy but overall the color was uneven and had splotches of green undertone which I didn’t expect to much after the first session either way but I came back yesterday as she set my appointment up a week apart for my 2nd session, she again put the discoloration/bleach to take out undertone then went in with the color which she said would achieve more the colors I wanted, she washed it off and put a mask because she said it had gotten damaged a little bit but this was the end result, it was so damaged I had to go somewhere else to get it cut shoulder length. The owner and store manager handled everything so gracefully and thanks to them but she didn’t even bother to even apologize on her behalf. Save your hair and your money and go elsewhere.
