the tire service is bad I had an appointment for 3pm and it took them 3 hours to get my tires put on. they told me it would take about an hour bu 3 hours later it was done. why do they lie to the customers this way? if it's going to take 3 hours tell me don't lie to my face and tell me an hour.

I went to Sam Club on 12 - 8 to order a cake for 12-10 . I was told no one would be making cakes over weekend they took.all order for now but he suggest I buy a cake that was already made .I just recommend my friend. told them how Sam club had the best cake very bad management in the bakery department if it's not enough people to bake cakes start hiring people that wants to work those employees that day was just blowing me off I don't believe it's no one to make cakes over the weekend. Very dissatisfied !

I had a very negative customer service experience yesterday. At first I was very pleased with the scan and go feature of the Sam's club app. I was able to bypass several long lines. However, after purchasing a bottle of Don Julio Rosado I was told that it could not be retrieved from the alcohol lock up by an associate. She stated that Don Julio was not being sold due to some glitch in the system and I would have to obtain a refund. I had to wait in the customer service line for 30 minutes. I inquired why wasn't anything done to prevent customers from purchasing the alcohol involved in this "systemic glitch". They stated there was nothing they could do and corporate would have to address it. I asked why the signage wasn't removed so people could not scan it or why wasn't there a sign stating that certain alcohol wasn't being sold. The associate just stated that this had been going on for three days and there's nothing they can do. I asked to see a manager to discuss the issue and was told the same thing after waiting an additional 15 minutes. I was very upset that after intentionally skipping lines that I still ended up waiting 45-60 minutes for an issue that was not my fault and could have easily been prevented. I was also told I would not receive my refund for 1-2 business days. Of course that is always upsetting news. I was not offered a cash refund or anything other rectification for my inconveniences. At this point the food that I retrieved from the cafe, through preorder, was cold. I asked the manager if I could at least receive a replacement of hot food. She stated because the line was long, there was nothing she could do. I asked if I placed another order could I receive a refund for the first order and she said yes. However, upon attempting to place another order, the pizza that I ordered previously was sold out. There was no pizza available at this time. When I informed her, no other solutions were offered. I left disgruntled and frustrated.

I always go there because customer service is excellent, the produce is fresh, and the selection is good.

No store is perfect, but I love my local Sam's Club, pros, cons and all. I've experienced great service these last 5 years and I truly see the employees working together to keep it clean and organized. They have multiple self check outs PLUS, if you download the Sam's Club app (scan app), you can check yourself out with no line

This store can not function. There is no flow control and the people that run the store can't keep the check out lanes moving. It takes longer to get out of the store due to the checks at the the door than it takes to do your shopping. Don't come here of you value your time. Plus it smell like microwaved fish in there.

For a store company's go to stock up their store's & businesses they are or have bern very poorly stocked themselves. Store pretty clean & does have a good selection on item's but not many on low calorie or no calorie item's like casco does

When you come in for a service, plan on dropping your car off. First time I was told one hour and it wasn't ready for 6 hours! Second time we went over the hours and I told him what happened the last time. He assured me I was the only one waiting and it would take 30mins. It's been almost an hour and a half for a patch. Terrible customer service!

I took my car in to have a tire repaired. It was a 3 1/2 hour wait and terrible customer service. The information they gave about the tire was incorrect and I was sent on a goose chase. They said they would not warrant tire because another Sams's had put on the incorrect tire. This information was wrong and an entire day was ruined trying to get a tire fixed. I'm now driving a spare until I can get issue resolved.I would stay clear of this store.

Worst Sam's club ever maybe since the beginning, their customer service ladies are so mean and have short fuse plus they arE ready to fighT witty Yoo-hoo. After I Llewelyn eft and went home my wife looked at the meat (supposed to be as they claim "fresh") it was brown and multi colors to blue. I was chocked as I never paid attention when I picked them up. I called and called and called the meat dept. They never never answered and the answering service machine redirected me to the operators which never answered after a million rings. Finally a very rude lady answered and refused to give me her name said to me drive back and get Yoo-hoo money back!!!!! Are you kidding me? Drive 25 miles each way to get to give her the meat? Forget it. Now it is in the hands of the higher management team with the 800 numbers. Let's see.

I had gone here for a quick lunch at around 2:00 at the cafe. While here there is a boom box blaring Hispanic music and the register.This is very unprofessional. I could understand if the store was closed,but the store is open. I don't care if it was music that I liked,it is extremely unprofessional .I had came here for some pizza around 6:30 on the same day & they are still blaring the music. Maybe they are taking the "club" part literally.
