Came here as an emergency because I got a flat tire. I am not from the area and was very lost. I walked in not a Sam’s club member, so I was hesitant if they would help. The door attendant pointed me to the tire department. I explained the situation and asked if they could just put the spare on if they didn’t have tires in stock. I came in around 5pm and they closed at 7pm and I could tell they were busy. The worker said they could do it just would take a while. I didn’t mind as they were doing me a favor. He asked for my membership number and I said I didn’t have one. He said I needed to be a member for them to put on the donut. I was like ..really are you serious…but again I was in a bind and needed it done so I purchased the membership. I thought he would charge me as well for the labor of putting on the donut, but he didn’t. I guess it does make sense. If I was already a member it would have been free. The memberships only $50 so I didn’t mind paying. I walked around the store and got food from the cafe, and by that time my car was done. I appreciate them greatly because I was going to change the tire myself, but because of their kindness they made my night a little less stressful. Thank you.

Quick, efficient, and kind! They saw me the same day I came in (emergency), and also gave snacks to my antsy kids. They communicated great and while it does cost, the cost was reasonable.

My wife installed tires on my vehicle that I own under my name but she's the card hold member. They wouldn't assist me with my vehicle cause I'm not the cardholder. That's bolony. Not upset with the worker.

Terrible tire maintenance service
You have to make an appointment to patch a tire as if you knew when it was going to go flat.
Also when I touched the rotation of the tires they didn't want to do it because they had a hole and they didn't want to lift the car, what a disappointment, I will change to cosco to try

Difficulty with helping me find information on my tire. He had patience and more knowledge on batteries. Couldn't get anyone else to help.

When the person in service attends you it is easy and simple. Sometimes you are waiting for someone to come and take care of you for like 45 minutes or more. The service is good. But when it comes to buy new tires make sure you read the regulations for the guarantee.

I called and was told I needed to schedule and appointment to replace all 4 of my tires. I was put on hold so long that my call went back to the main line in Sam's Club. I told her what happened. I asked for the Tire Department again. The phone rung a bunch of times and this time someone picked-up the phone and hung-up. That's bad business!

No store is perfect, but I love my local Sam's Club, pros, cons and all. I've experienced great service these last 5 years and I truly see the employees working together to keep it clean and organized. They have multiple self check outs PLUS, if you download the Sam's Club app (scan app), you can check yourself out with no line

Jorge at the tire center was so rude. We just had a simple question to ask him about the tire service and he refused to even listen to us. In the time it took him to be a total j*** to us, we would’ve finished asking the one question we had. He was very off-putting and made for an unpleasant experience

Wish I never bought tires at Sam's. It's been a horrible experience since I bought them. Free rotation requires a month ahead appointment, then apparently takes over and hour to move the wheels around. Go to a real tire store instead.
