We just left Sam’s Club #6328 Cicero, IL. The manager, Hugo Perez, was extremely helpful. He was professional and showed genuine motivation to help us. Very grateful for the hospitality.

Mmmm ANA TOO RUDE WITH NO WANT TO ATTEND AND GIVE INFORMATION 😶they should change staff and not only that I don't even have a membership with you and they tried to deduct $110 from me today 😡my parents do have a membership with you but I don't and they tried to take $110 from me 🤬why???? I had to cancel my card 🤬

My mom went today to renew her membership and some lady named Ana who works there was super rude and basically discriminated my mom because she is not documented. My mom showed the lady her Mexican matricula ID and she had the audacity to ask my mom if she wasn’t scared to be here. And when my mom asked why she said “because you’re an immigrant”
I just think it’s so disgusting and disrespectful for a person to ask that and make a comment like that towards someone who is undocumented
Please educate your staff/workers!!
I’m never coming here again! Smh

Came here today Magda the employee cost a great sale to Sam’s club and me no longer coming to this location and canceling my membership ship going to Costco YOUR ARE ONLY A REPLACEABLE EMPLOYEE. The fact that several shampoo had been switched cause some people are allergic to the conditioner you should consider having more consideration you don’t pay from the products. After all the Disrespectful thing done to Mexicans you should be a shame of working here.

So easy to shop. The Scan and Go option on the app avoids long lines. I also love the variety, high quality products! The employees are always helpful.

They only have 2 cashiers, the line reaches half of the store. The cashiers have a bad attitude. He wants one to be charged only with the application. I DON'T WORK FOR SAMS, you still buy membership from them, you come to their store and they want one to charge you only?????.... they are there but much less. And even more stupid are the bunch of sheep who do what they are told...

Sam's Clup the store for shopping is really great especially using the App on your phone to purchase items and skip the line that ridiculous in the store but the gas station line is feel is not organized and I think Sam's Club gas station needs to be updated like Cosco gas station where as u can see if a person is still at the pump on the big display of the Station plus I feel the gas station is a bit small in my opinion

I love sams Club. It was so clean, and there was a food court my two children and I had 3 pizzas and 2 hotdogs for the price of 5 dollars amazing place will definitely be back.(:
