I recently had an amazing experience at Silver Furniture. The prices were fantastic, and the salesperson was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The delivery crew was also fantastic, setting up everything quickly and efficiently. I purchased a couch and bedroom set, and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. I highly recommend Silver Furniture for anyone in the market for new furniture.

I shopped at the Cicero location and the salesman Osman was very helpful and excellent with product knowledge. I was able to buy everything I needed at Silver furniture. Delivery was quick and professional with Lalo and Tino. They were simply awesome. They assemble all the furniture quickly with no problem. Jay the owner, have a wonderful team of guys that works for him.

We are really happy with our new couch. After purchase, we saw the website had a lower price than we paid. We called in and they honored the lower price, refunding us the difference. The real all-stars were the delivery guys, Emilio and Lalo. We weren't sure the couch was going to make it in our front door, but they made a miracle happen! We had a good experience all around :)

Purchased a piece late last night at 8 PM. Opened it up this morning and it was a item that was already pre-used, had broken pieces, and missing screws. And they want to charge me a 15% restock fee in order to get a refund. Terrible business.
