Terrible customer service

I went to a store on Roosevelt and Homan and the associate could not process the return. He then called the manager Ernie from the Snipes 1095 Hawthorne location who stated that I could not get my money and that I needed to contact customer service. I called the store from my phone and was appalled at how the manager Ernie was speaking to me. He started to yell at me and told me that I was already told to contact customer service and that's all. He hung up the phone on me. I called back furious and he said again, I told you I can't help you and I'm not about to keep talking about something that I can't fix, contact Customer Service and hung up again. The behavior he displayed was not of a manager. I have never felt so disrespected and unvalued from any place I shopped at like I did here. Ernie is the reason I will never visit there again.

Horrible customer service. I called 10/23/25 10:30am to inquire about shoes I want to purchase. The male employee who answered was very rude, didn’t even let me finish my sentence and interrupted to say “well then we have it” when I was asking if the shoe was available since it shows only 1 in stock. After I explained it’s a drive for me and I wanted to ensure it was in stock before I drove there he annoyingly took the shoe information and put me on hold for 20+ minutes only to hang up and wouldn’t answer anymore. Train your employees and hire ones that actually want to work!

My worst experience ever. 45 minutes waiting to get my shoes and at the end they couldn't find the other shoe. Never come here!

When I tell you I will NEVER shop with them again!! I returned an item on 7.26.25 and STILL have not received my refund! I went to the store to address the issue and was told there was nothing they could do! I asked for corporate number as well as to speak with a manager and was told they had neither one! I was informed the only way they could speak with corporate was through email and they didn’t have a number for a manager! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Snipes PLEASE train your workers better when handling situations such as this!

I recently had a great experience at Snipes and I wanted to share it in a Google review. The service I received was top-notch - they were fast and efficient. I was particularly impressed because they had the Jordan 5s Lucky Green, which I had been searching for and couldn't find in any other store. As a self-proclaimed sneaker queen, finding these dope kicks was a must for me. In fact, I'm so passionate about sneakers that I even host a sneakerhead podcast. I highly recommend Snipes for all sneaker enthusiasts out there!

The customer service at this store is rude and they are steal form the cx I returned and pair of shoes that was to small for a new pair they give me a box with one shoes and it was the wrong size on the box not the one that I need stay very clear this store

My mom decided to go and shop at this store and was greeted at the cashier by a very rude and arrogant young woman. This happened 7/16/2023 at around 4PM, a male manager was present and witnessed the disrespect yet did NOTHING!!!
The cashier told my mom about the refund policy during the checkout which my mom responded “okay”. The cashier decided it was ok to throw fu*k words under breath as my mom’s English isn’t that great, assuming she wouldn’t understand. The manager standing a cash register away just stood and did not intervene while she continued to curse at my mother. My mom proceeded to ask another associate how she could place a complaint to which the manager responded to look at her receipt and follow the instructions on there. No apology was given! My mom asked for her name as the person on the cashier was not wearing a name tag and the receipt displayed another associates name, the manager decided it was a good idea to make up 2 different names “Brenda” then changed it to “Suzy or Suzanne”. I doubt either one is correct.
Disgusting attitude and zero customer service. If people are having a bad day then they should know how to handle their moods while at work with customers who have no fault. Managers need to learn how to manage and intervene in their store locations.
