I went to buy chicken and the butcher changed the labels for other more expensive products. I told them about it and they just made fun and changed the label. They were giving me 2 pounds of chicken for 18 dollars and the label was diesmillo. It's not the first time they've done it. The store is very good in its service but the owner should show attention to what his butchers do since that makes him lose customers.

Today on April 30, 2023 I had a very bad experience in this business. The little store has very good butchers and the owner is very friendly but his cashiers treat people the worst. In my business work, the client comes first and be careful that we are spoiled and insolent with the clients. For the client The employees have jobs and the owner grows his business. For my part, this is the last time I go to this store. I don't like being treated badly.

I remember when Trejo was White hen pantry back in the 90's then converted to 7-11 in the early 2000's. Now Trejo. Good transition.

I Belive that this grocery store has good butchers, and the owner is very kind. I am very disappointed because I just witnessed two cashiers being increasingly rude with one costumer.The cashier kicked out the costumer and told her to go to the other cashier. If the cashiers are sick or had a bad day that is not the costumers problem. Why do the cashiers work if they are not going to give good service and be rude. The owner is so nice and I am very disappointed of the cashiers that he has.

On this date I went shopping in the afternoon, very bad service from the cashiers (that day), as if what they do for customers was a favor, I realized that they were serving customers in a bad mood and arrogantly, when I arrived to pay I was no exception. It was better not to buy anything when exchanging words with the lady at the checkout on the left side when entering the store. What a disappointment.

I have been grocery shopping at Trejo for about 20yrs . Their food is amazing, customer service is great and their establishment is always clean.
