“Went in for a VERY last minute visit on the way to work. First walked to my car and saw it was flat. I went to two different places on ogden, no luck. I stopped here out of desperation and now itll be my FIRST GO-TO place. Employee Nick greeted me and was very flexible. I told him i know its selfish snd unreasonable but can you look at my tire? It needs to be done quick because i have to be at work by 4. He said pull it around lets take a look. For sure man. My man NICK came in clutch and looked at my tire, found the nail, plugged it, charged me just over $20. Not bad at ALL. Thank you guys, i hope this review brings more business to this hidden gem on ogden. In and out in about 20-30 minutes.”

“PROBLEM SOLVERS - I had two rims with stripped locking nuts. Three stores and dealer could not help, luckily the last store suggested Saucedo's. The man working had the right tools and the energy to remove the stripped locks in under 30 minutes. I also appreciated that he warned me there was no guarantee it would work and a chance of damaging the rims. They also seem to have a good selection of used tires. Not fancy, accepts cash/Zelle, but they have the skills to get the job done.”

“This place was a lifesaver. I went to another tire place nearby and they told me I needed a new tire, but they didn't have one that would fit on hand (I need a thin tire due to the size of my rims). On to Lopez! I pulled in, the gentleman looked at the hole in my tire and said I needed a new one. He takes the tire to the side, pops it off the rim, walks over to his stack of used tires and finds one that will fit, pops it on, fills it up, checks for leaks, and installs it where the donut was. All in, it took about 12 minutes and cost $50, with disposal and mounting included. They have a great selection of tires and are super quick and reasonably priced. If you're in the area (and even if it's a short drive) I would highly recommend them for any repairs or replacements. The used tires have a 30 day warranty, too, but I'm sure this tire will last much longer. Thanks a ton!”

“I called the shop at 5:50am with a nail in my tire and even though they dont open until 6am the lady still answered for me and was very helpful to me. Absolutely amazing & professional customer service with caring and understanding staff and workers. I came last minute had some issues, spoke to the manager and was still helped with courtesy and dignity. Thank you so much for fixing my tire and allowing me to make it to work during such a rough time this morning.”

“Hugo and his team at the Cicero Sam’s Club Tire and Battery Center are incredible. I have come here for help with my car multiple times, and they have fit me in at the last minute. I am a young woman who oftentimes feels like she is not being taken seriously by people at car repair places, despite knowing what I am talking about. I have NEVER felt this way here. I have always been taken care of and respected. Hugo and his team have always communicated very clearly about the pricing, what is going on with my car, and the outcome. I would literally rather take my car here than to the Volkswagen Dealership for repairs. I recommend Hugo and his team to anyone who needs car repairs!”
