Get the hiring manager a raise. The front facing employees have been AWFUL for 3 decades. Today we walked in for a passport renewal and the man at the front named KEVIN helped us in less than 10 minutes. Maybe 5 minutes. We were actually shocked. He was so kind, patient, and relaxed. He spoke English and a bit of Spanish even. Please do not lose him he's amazing.

3pm is less busy huh? There no one at the counter at all there is one guy besides me waiting for over 20 minutes. Should of just left. As I was going to leave a supervisor or manager comes out saying the counter help went on break '5 minutes ago'. BS

This place is a joke. One person in the front for everything. I had an appointment for passport at 9:15am got there at 9:08am. As I walk in I see two people in line and the person in front take the first guy to my luck he’s there for passport as well. Takes him and tells him she’ll be right back disappears to the back for over 10 minutes. As we are standing there you can hear her in the back laughing and giggling. Mind you in the mean time people have started to walk in. After she gets back and she sees the line is now 7 people long and she is taking her sweet time with no sense of urgency.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.
Showed up for my appointment at 9, their was 4 people in front of me and not one employee in the counter, no one ever came up and see if we needed help, ended up walking out and going to the post office in berwyn. Been coming here for years and this place has gone to shit.

I had a passportappointment today 06/28/25
Get there and they said the person doing the passport pics and documents was not there. She continues to say they send everybody a text saying it was cancelled when I clearly didn't. They didn't say sorry and said I could just come in without appointment now like if I'm supposed to trust their word now. Of course I have to book another appointment online

Honestly. I don’t understand how this post office is still open and nothing is being done by the city to make it better.
The employees are always calling off.
It’s twice I go there and there’s a random person telling me everyone called in and she can’t help.
The staff that show up are rude the majority of the time. They never have anything in stock. Always out of stamps and packaging.
I don’t understand why they don’t fire the staff and rehire better staff that shows up to work and is friendly

Don’t make a passport appointment, or rely on this location to do your passport. Just wasted my time got there on time for my appointment for them to say they don’t have an agent available when I asked them why wasn’t I let aware of this the employee said someone should have called you, I never received a call just wasted my time and gas.

Dont waste your time coming here. This post sucks if you’re on a time crunch, sometimes their people don’t show up or some bull shit and they won’t ship your package even with a prepaid QR code

Was informed one day prior that mail would be held unless I trimmed my tree branches that have been trimmed several times already recently last year after I spoke to the mail carrier. The notice says 10 days then they would return mail as undeliverable. Spoke to supervisor about this May 3rd and 5th. Said I can pick up with id however their office has no handicap access and I have a restriction on using stairs. Branches are not in the way of the sidewalk so I don't know why they're saying they still are a year later. They were trimmed and also professionally about 10 years ago so there's a vacant area that looks awful now but hey they required it! Very disappointed with their service or lack of.
