Pharmacy staff spoke to over the phone had the most nasty/rude/rush attitude off the bat before I could even say one word. This will be my one and only time refilling my prescriptions here. Go touch grass because it truly doesn't take for that type of attitude if you're unhappy with your job/life. That's a "you" problem not the customer.

Came to fill a 2 prescriptions didn't notice they only gave me one so my daughter called and they told her it would be 90 minutes I said ok I'll go back. When I get there to try and pick it up they said oh we couldn't fill it we are out of stock mind you they NEVER called to let us know they didn't have it so they said you can go check Walgreens on Ogden I asked if they can call and verify if they have it on hand so I wouldn't make another drive 15 minutes away and the girl tells me NO you need to do that very surprise because other Walgreens have done it for me. This Walgreens pharmacy lacks a lot of Profesionalism. Another thing i saw with them is an older persone getting a run around with his medication he said he has been there 4 times trying to get his meds and they keep telling him come back tomorrow. It's a shame that been in a prime location and with the track of pharmaceutical customers this happen. Walgreens Pharmacy you need to do Better

it isn’t the pharmacy staffs fault that the service is slow, they do their best but i think they don’t want to hire more people to get the wait times lower, i regularly spend 20-50 minutes in line at the pharmacy. employees seem overworked and stressed.

The customer service at this Walgreens is absolutely horrible. Every time I call about my prescription, I get someone who acts like they hated answering the call. Rude, choppy answers, condescending individuals. I will be changing my location to pick up prescriptions. Never will I use this location for ANYTHING.

I could be crazy but some odd is happening in this Walgreens. Like the manager or who ever is running this place don’t care but with that said I was getting some milk from the fridge nothing two co workers being intimate with each other. Who knows what else they be doing in the back and no wonder everything takes so long. Don’t come here it’s not 24 hours, just went today and guess what they are closed. So this Walgreens honestly to save people time, money, gas and energy close this down

Those people are shit and they are damned, I bought a steam card as a gift today and the card doesn't even work. They scammed me. I will never go back to that place again. I want my refund. That's the only thing.

I wanna give a shout out to JOSELYN 💙🧡💙🧡 in pharmacy. I miss yall being on cicero but it's worth the extra drive for excellent customer service and people who know what they are doing. Joselyn did what the other walgreens on western and cermak couldn't. Paxlovid is offering copays up or full payment of the meds just by going on their website and getting the code. She was able to put it in secondary and save me 329.64. She did this in minutes absolutely miss her and the original cermak and cicero crew yall the sugar honey I tea.

It's not open 24 hours anymore. Not sure what time they close, but it isn't 24 hours. Been there a few times late night and they are closed, recently.

The one down the street on Cicero is permanently closed so I came here since it's supposed to be open 24hr but it's also closed with a sign on the door saying it opens at 4am. About six other customers and myself just wasted time coming here.
