I went to buy some things, a few minutes passed and I came back.
To the store to return a gift bag that turned out to be bigger than what I needed and some toothbrushes. It had never happened to me that when carrying a receipt they asked me for identification as if I had bought wine or as if many days had passed and only a few minutes had passed. The cashier bothered me. In fact, she already has a reputation for being despotic and racist. I'm not the only one who complained about her. and his unsympathetic manner made me call my husband at home to come from there to bring me identification so I could return what I wanted to return, I was going to buy more things but I even wanted to spend my money at Walmgreens took me away

The service there has improved very much so these last few weeks to a month! I personally love how friendly the cashiers have been especially his name is Santos. He’s always there with a big smile and super quick with ringing us out! Overall the store has improved alot with just the products and seems like management is heading in the right direction especially with it being our local Walgreens! Keep it up guys 😃

I wanted to send money to Mexico through the company that Walgreens works with: western union I arrived at the counter not even a person willing to help me arrived I touched the light where someone asked for help and a girl who worked there in the hallway in a bad mood told me He said I should fill out the form, the company does not allow them to provide help, fill out the form and he took me off the shipping page and I returned.
To ask for help there he went commando
He made the comment to me that he is not allowed to help…so why do we pay for service? I left and went to the western junction of Austin Avenue and 26th with excellent service at Walgreens. It's embarrassing. It's sad because the location is one minute from my house. I won't request this service again so they won't even go. to the shipping area that happened around 4:30 today

This is the second time I bought something from them and it’s been expired food wise . Last time was beef jerky and I remember one of the walgreen associates say in Spanish nothing has happened meaning that everything is alright. Check the dates of the foods here because apparently they don’t check the expired dates.

I just came out of this store and the line was out the door so I went to where you can print your pictures out because other’s were there also. The lady told me she is closing. So got back in line turned my head and looked at her and she still ringing people even after she said she was closed. I’m very disappointed in that customer service.

All I have to say is u better look at your receipts after purchase. My hubby purchased a few things for his elderly mom & an extra $13.20 was charged for some postage stamps, WTH! He didn't purchase stamps but me the wife always chks my receipts. They got the wrong one today! It was an honest mistake I was told, hmmm. And men I tell u well mine nvr chks what he is being charged ?

This Walgreens is more like a ghetto corner store. I've been going here for over 10years because it's closest to my house. I was there at 7:00pm with my 2 small children. A very rude man was scrubbing the floor with a machine while the store was full of customers. I moved my 2 kids out of his way and he yells at me that he's cleaning that side of the isle and gave us the nastiest look when he walked by. He was extremely ignorant and rude, never said please or thank you. He shouldn't be allowed to treat customers like that..especially children. Floor cleaning should be done after the store closes. This store is, and has always been an embarrassment to the neighborhood. Lost a long time customer tonight.

Last week I went to pick up my prescription and I was standing behind an older gentleman who had gone to drop off his prescription. He was just asking Martha (the short, curly blonde woman in the pharmacy) how long his prescription would take to be ready, she told him 3 hours. He asked if she would call him when it was ready and she told him “no” that he would have to call, in a horrible attitude, as if he was bothering her when he asked a simple question. He also asked if the prescription would stay there and she said “yes, if you want your medication”, again in a nasty, bothered tone. The older man walked away very hurt by her attitude.Every time she attends to me or my family, she always has an attitude. I don’t think I’ve seen her once be nice to someone. I have spoken to people in the neighborhood that all say the same thing: she is always bothered and doesn’t want to take care of anyone. She yells at people (even older ones) when she can’t hear them, which is what also happened with the man I was talking about before. I don’t think she should be one of the faces of the pharmacy with that attitude. I really hope Walgreens really takes this into consideration, it isn’t pleasant going in and having to speak to someone who is disrespectful and rude.
