I bought a car and the transmission box was bad, it was my first purchase, I paid double what the car cost me in interest, it was the worst experience at this dealer, now I have to change the transmission they charge me like 2000 dollars, it's worst nightmare, please stay away from this dealer!!! They are scammers!!!!!

I brought a warranty with my 2012 Jeep, the repair shop that the warranty company sent me to tried to up the charges on the repair for my truck, stating that I need a whole new engine. I just purchased this truck in February 2023 so I knew that could not be right. When I gave West Oak a cal they jumped right on it and actually fixed my truck quickly while all time talking with the finance company to let them know what was going on. I am very happy with the way they communicated with me and negotiated the repairs on my behalf.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy a car from this lot. They sold a car that had odometer fraud on it. What they do is that they buy cars from Marshall auto auctions “fix it” and sell it. Not only that but they roll back on the miles. If you do decide to give them a shot make sure to ask for a carfax report or do it yourself. Also check if the car has odometer fraud. The car was sold to my younger brother who is a first time buyer, he didn’t know better. Please be careful! & we have proof of what I’m saying, we’re considering in contacting a lawyer because this is unacceptable. Rolling back on miles is ILLEGAL

Went in one day with my mom in need of a car. The manager at the desk was very helpful, patient, and thorough with her explanations. She explained the insurance, the financing, and was willing to answer every question.The man showing us the car was very informative on the vehicles, and he was willing to show us multiple cars and we went on a test drive. I was very indecisive & they were not pushy. They allowed me to think about it, and it was very relaxed. Thank you!

I bought a car from them and the whole motor fell out of the car on the highway breaking my axels ! They did nothing to try and switch the vehicle after I nearly died ! I talked to management but they treated me soooo poorly and kept gas lighting me telling me it was my fault the car had mechanical issues HOW COULD I HAVE DONE ANYTHING TO IT WHEN I LITERALLY BOUGHT THE THING TWO WEEKS PRIOR ! One of the employees/ sales people admitted to me that they use the cheapest parts to fix the cars that are sold to them from total loss auctions so they can put them on their lot. Don’t go here PLEASE STAY AWAY
