Came here at 4am the doors were locked. It clearly states online and on the door that the store hours are 24 hours 7 days a week

I came here at 5am to pickup my baby's formula since my delivery order was cancelled. I was also here around 11 another day and it said the same thing, but wasn't sure if it was just that night. If hours have changed then they should be updated and store lights should be off.

Walked in at11:30pm you see 4 staff there having an inappropriate conversation as soon as you walk in.I was still able to hear them all the way at the end . Talking about Condoms and swearing as if there's no customers in the store ...Cashier name was Cynthia , a guy name Enrrique and another male and female on which I wish I would of catched the lady's name.

Pharmacy was lazy and not helpful. I asked for a Covid test. She told me to check an aisle. There wasn't even a spot (even if sold out) that had a place for them. I went to front counter- was told Covid tests are located with pharmacy. Interesting. So disappointing

Mexican lady at the front was rude .. had a mean look on her face a gave me attitude for no reason because I wanted cash back ... if you don't like your job and you look that miserable get a new job ... nothing worse then low energy people

They take so long to do a covid test it's insane, i had an appointment for 11:00 and i got there at 10:55 , they told me that the pharmacist was on break and she will be back at 11:15, fast foward to 11:50 and she still isnt back and a other lady comes and tells me she wont be back for a little longer as if 35 didnt pass already, horrible service

If I could give less stars... this place is the worst for RX and their customer service is trash. They don't even acknowledge your existence while standing in front of them at the register. They start doing random things while you wait like a mannequin. And they're rude because I guess they know you need your medicine so what else can you do but wait and wait. You're in luck if your RX is ready on time too. SMH.

I'm not sure how Walgreens trains their employees to have great customer service because I had the worst at this location. To Evelyn the employee working today by the photo pick up, if your going to have an attitude with the costumers try finding another job that will suit you better.

Evertyime no maTter what hour you get here there is always a damn line here. It can be one or two people ahead of u n ur going to b stuck iN line for at least 20 min. Worst place to pick up prescription. If you can avoid this place do it.

Pharmacy is the worst. Long line and there are 4 people working back and only one on the register. Better go somewhere else to do your prescriptions. I also wanted to get mucinex and you have to wait 1 minutes for someone to go open the cage. They might need better management to fix these issues.

Pharmacy staff is not too bad, I feel like the store really needs to hire more staff because the amount of people in line very time I go is extremely ridiculous. I always wait 20 or more minutes just to talk to someone for a medication that has been ready for hours. The staff is not the happiest, but who would be if they didn't have the appropriate amount of help. Get it together Walgreens and the customers and staff would be so much happier!

Even after 4 members behind the counter. This pharmacy has to be the worse of the worse in the cicero,berwyn,stickney, riverside, area. Waited 1 hr even aftwr getting my message on my "prescription is ready". An extra 15 mins for the pharmacist to prepare. Poor old 82 yr old man in front of me waited neaely an hr standing. The line is getting longer. Plz avoid this plz and get your perscription at Costco anywhere but here.
