Horrible, they were open for a 1/2 hour and the place was filthy! Garbage on the floor and it needed vacuuming, not to mention 5 guys and one woman and I thought they were customers but they were employees! It looked more like a street gang meeting. The woman asked how can she help me and I wanted to discontinue my extra phone line and she claims their system is down and I have to call customer service (that’s why I came in personally to avoid that). Xfinity is slipping back to their old ways of horrible customer service!

The young lady that waited on me today gives a new meaning to the word, incompetent and rude. She got mad and threw me out the store because I did not wanna go with the process of having a new line activated after she lied to me about Credit pull” she said oh it’s just a soft pull . She never asked my permission and did it anyway.. and I asked her four times is there any payment due? She says “ no” but asked for my debit card info
Is she really got upset when I told her I want to cancel the transaction she says don’t do that because it’s going to be a bad reflection on her well my thing is this stop lying to people learn how to do your job and I will be calling corporate about that store 2942 South Cicero Ave. cicero Illinois need to get rid of the entire staff
The smell of marijuana was strong coming from the girl who wasted my time CLOSE THIS STORE ASAP im coming for her job !!!! Corporate has been notified

Staff member Mike was so unprofessional, he talked to me like he knows me and made me feel uncomfortable, and he also left me with a unknown number on my account which I have to call customer service to waive those fees. Won’t be coming back.

A very rude and disrespectful guy working there . I just came to drop off a box and cancel a service from cps free service . I asked politely the guy if i can receive a receipt or confirmation that i just dropped the box and the guy got mad with a very rude actitud responded that i can take my box back if i wanted too . This location have very disrespectul and rude employees working here . Management need aome improvement in hiring people having this actitud towards customer service .

I recently visited Xfinity to set up two new lines, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Francisco. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain all the options available. Francisco walked me through the process step-by-step, making sure I understood each plan and feature.
I appreciated his patience in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns about device compatibility. The setup process was seamless, and I left feeling confident in my choices. Overall, the experience was stress-free, and I felt valued as a customer. I highly recommend Xfinity, especially thanks to Francisco’s outstanding service!

Absolutely Immaculate customer service, I have never been more satisfied with my service before. There was this once, specific person that was very helpful to me and my family. Fransisco, He was an incredibly handsome and helpful member of the staff, all the kudos to him and the rest of the staff for being incredible people. This is a great store, from the moment I stepped in to the end of my transaction. The whole staff there is so sweet, patient and trustworthy, they helped me understand my bill and other small details, only a minor inconvenience that was able to be resolved by the manager on the sales floor. Getting started with my internet was fairly simple, thanks to Jen who clarified and was very transparent throughout the internet and mobile. These people know their stuff and I will definitely keep coming back to this location.
