Nice place to let the dog hang out at when we go out of town. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have cameras in each stall so you can check in on your pooch while you're away. Have used this kennel multiple times and will continue to use when we need to head out of town!

I would have considered this a place to board my 5 cats when necessary but I have sent 2 emails with inquiries & 1 phone message being left to try to find information & perhaps a booking with them without any response at all back from anyone! I would not now even consider boarding a hamster here! My pets are precious & family to me. Imagine if they were staying there & I couldn't even reach anyone to check on them! It would be very troubling to me & make me very anxious. So for this reason I would now not even consider them to be a proper place to board pets.

We boarded our dog for the first time at Willow Branch last week. Our dog is fairly anxious normally, and the kennel staff were very kind and caring with her. Evan updated us mid-stay and she had calmed down after her first day. We were so grateful to know she was in a safe and caring environment, and will definitely bring her back if we're in the area again.

Their in house trainer, Jenna, was wonderful to work with, great knowledge and understanding of dogs and how to communicate that to the owner. She gave me multiple personal tips, advice and resources to help us be more confident and responsible dog owners. Her in home session and training/boarding sessions was a perfect base line for us to help reach out goals.

We used Willow Branch for the first time while on vacation in March 2023. We have small dogs and were very nervous about leaving them in a boarding setting. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience, staff and owners. We will absolutely be back.

First time boarding our high-energy and typically loud, lunging, reactive Catahoulas with *anyone*, but we had a family emergency that required us to drive up to Chicago for the day and we absolutely had to put the dogs somewhere. A friend recommended Willow Branch, and Evan & Co. couldn't have been friendlier or more reassuring. A couple hours after drop-off, he sent a video of himself kneeling on the ground with one arm around both of our dogs, scratching them while they wagged and sniffed his face. I can't express how relieved we were, and how much that let us just stop worrying about the dogs and stay focused on other urgent issues. When we finally made it back to pick them up at the end of the day, Liam greeted us with a bunch of pictures of our dogs and nothing but positive things to say about their stay. Unbelievable service, highly recommended.

Our dog had a fantastic stay here, the owners make you feel like they’ve known you and your pet for your whole lives. It’s nice to know you are leaving your pets in caring and capable hands. The prices for services are fantastic also.

Evan was outside working away when I pulled in. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a wa "hello!" We were actually only there for Hunter to groom our two pups and we were beyond impressed! My 5 month terrier is a nightmare to Dremel her nails, but Hunter did better than I ever could with her! They came back smelling AMAZING! (I might need to know which puppy cologne that is!) And both were the softest I'd ever felt them. We had two happy pups and we were just as pleased. Thank you Hunter and Evan!
