I receive excellent service when I shop at this store. They usually have exactly what I need. I have heard a cheap chain store is coming to Cissna Park, BUT I WILL COME TO KNAPP & STEINER TRUE VALUE HARDWARE first and foremost! There is no substitution for good quality and great service.

Lovely hardware variety store. Home decor, tools, toys, seeds, paint, nuts, bolts, greeting cards, etc. Always friendly helpful staff.

Great place to find just about anything. I love going in there when I'm in town. They had the things that I was looking for and couldn't find anywhere else. Great people working there that was willing to help you with anything.
