“I actually really like this place . But 8.16.16 the night worker made me very uncomfortable . I came in with my baskets close to 9. I read online that jumbo washing is at 10:00pm I am actually using the jumbo washers . 2 of them . She’s doesn’t know I understand a little Spanish . Being that I’m a hotel Associate Manager and had to learn some …. She was saying some rude things about me to her guest that was also there washing .she even stopped me and told me that it closes at 10 . And I said I know… If you have cameras which you do . You will see her speaking with them about me even as I’m walking past them . I felt very uncomfortable .”

“As a busy mom of two young kids constantly battling laundry had been one of those constant tasks that just never go away. I saw an add for Happy Laundry Co. and more than impressed with their service. They gave me step by step notifications when picking up my laundry and notifications when the clothes were being delivered. It saved me so much time and effort! I would recommend and the owner Sebella is so nice and helpful.”

“Amazing place with a fantastic staff! The owners are incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making every visit enjoyable. The washers are super efficient and reasonably priced, while the dryers are top-notch—one cycle, and your clothes are perfectly dry! Plus, they offer free drying on Tuesdays! Another great perk: after a certain number of washes (exact count unknown), you get a $2 credit as a surprise reward. Can’t beat that! It’s also a great spot to relax, watch Jeopardy!, and get those socks cleaned. Bonus news! Today, the owners shared an exciting incentive—double your loyalty points if you wash by 5/1/2025! Don’t miss out!”

“Came out to Downers Grove, IL for my sister-in-law wedding. End up getting a stain on my blazer a few days before the wedding. I call a few of the local dry cleaners and all of them said they wouldn't be able to have it done in time. If they did say yes they charged me my car payment plus more. I thought I was going to have to travel further out of Downer Grove until I call Chris. Right away he told me to bring it in and he'll take care of it and would have it done in 2 days for me. Very nice, friendly and hilarious guy. The BEST part is his prices are extremely reasonable. I actually left a nice tip because I felt like I owed him more for not only doing an amazing job, but getting it done so quickly and not being overpriced. Thanks again Chris, can't thank you enough. The Brother!”

“I really like washing my clothes here . It’s very clean and the young lady Karla is super nice and very helpful. She has great customer service. I would definitely recommend this laundry mat to my friends. I the hours open are the best. I went to wash today Dec31-25 at 3:42. sorry to say when I came in I almost fell on a dam towel on the floor. All the dryers were taken . I asked the lady that works here . if she take on the clothes so I can dry my clothes. Sadly so say ?. There were two ladies that had clothes in the dryer and took some out and left the other dryers with clothes. I work and I am tired I went to go in and out. You should have sign everywhere if you leave and your clothes are in the dryer and they are finish you have to take them out. I will not be back . The lady in the service desk is not nice . Well two ladies came in after 20 minutes to take out their clothes.”

“I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. I'll be back there for sure.”

“Foxy's laundromat had some nice appearing machines. The location looked pretty good. It was near a grocery store. There was a Jewel-Osco as well not too far away. The laundromat had a convenient sink and restroom. The laundromat was cozy, and they had at least one nice-looking sofa. You could use credit card for the machines when I was there. There was at least one vending machine for snacks and one for laundry materials, e.g., laundry detergent.”

“This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed. He left a message and the owner herself actually personally delivered them to our house after business hours. Just incredible. Can't say enough about the service and kindness!Services: Delivery”

“I was pleased with the service. I was in town for a wedding and the owner worked with me to get my dresses ready in time (24 hours after drop-off).I included a photo of the owner adding extra plastic to the bottom of my very long dress. It was raining and I was worried about it getting dirty. He was happy to fix all of my concerns from start to finish.”

The lady that works here was so helpful and made sure that I knew exactly what I needed to know about using a fast card, coins or a debit card. It is all very convenient. I was so happy not to have to deal with coins. This place is very clean and love that Ace Hardware is next door along with a great restaurant.”
