“This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed. He left a message and the owner herself actually personally delivered them to our house after business hours. Just incredible. Can't say enough about the service and kindness!Services: Delivery”
“Carla and her team did a phenomenal job! I was struggling to find a cleaning service during a holiday weekend, and most places were scheduled so far out. She replied immediately after reaching out and worked with us to find a good time. We had them do a deep clean, and they paid attention to every corner, and before leaving, made sure to ask if we were satisfied with their service. This is not to say anything of Carla's kindness and congeniality as a human being. She truly believes in serving her clients not just as customers but as human beings. “I guess the new Foxy's laundromat I'm not used to using my credit card but however my clothes dry quickly the place is utterly clean and it was nice to see a friendly face at 6:00 in the morning and I stopped by next door to the bakery next door and got myself a half dozen.”

“Placed an online order for pick-up by 6pm on Saturday (2/10) - ordered confirmed with confirmation number and they have my credit card number. Started calling when they did not show by end-time for pick-up. Calls went directly to a recording stating they were busy. This morning a very gracious lady apologized and was able to complete the request of my original order. Thank you to her! She was outstanding!”
“I love the washers and dryers. Not expensive. Best of all, they're open 24 hrs. Attendants are there to keep washers and dryers and floor clean. They're willing to assist you at all times. I love this laundromat. So convenient and now they have expanded the laundry with new washers and dryers which shows me that they take pride in serving customers and making sure that customers get quality service.”

The owners and staff are friendly, and they do an excellent job of taking care of all our suits, dresses, shirts, sweaters, etc. Very professional, and consistent wonderful care. “Great cleaners - have used them a couple times a month for 10 years. Prices are good and the cleaning is very consistent. I’ve never had an issue with a lost garment or damage (aside from an occasional button, which they’ll replace without charge). Much better overall results than I have found with other cleaners. Worth checking out - would highly recommend them!”
