“I don’t know what it is but every time I go to this branch, it’s not often , I always get fun and engaging dialogue with the staff there. I attribute that to quality management. Today I didn’t get what I wanted but when I left I felt satisfied.

“This place is now called playoffs. My husband and I have been going here for the past couple of years to play pool. Each game of pool is only a dollar and the pool hall is usually empty so it's nice. The drinks are a little on the expensive side so we dont usually go there to drink. The bar tenders are very nice and care about their patrons. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere. I hear the food is delicious, though I have yet to try.”

“Good old school bowling alley! Fair pricing, and they have a restaurant attached that serves breakfast all day! we love to do what we call "brunch and bowl." The food is actually really yummy (especially the bacon and hash browns) and a great deal. A fun time for the family or a date night.”

“My debit card is lost in my house. Has been for about 3 months. I've dreaded replacing it because of the need to update vendors, etc. I finally broke down and went into the branch today to replace card and make a withdrawal. I was greeted immediately by the teller Lizbeth and she helped me replace card and transact my withdrawal all in about 5 minutes. I appreciate the efficiency and personable service.”

“I've been with this bank for almost two months and I am very happy. I was able to open an account online, and go from there. All of the tellers are very pleasant and professional. I always have tons of questions, being a new customer, and everyone is patient with me. They pretty much go the extra mile and I appreciate that. I've yet to stand in a long line or wait in a long line in the drive thru. The lobby and waiting area is always clean, and there are plenty of seats in the waiting area. Coffee, water, tea is available as well as hard candy for the kids that may come in with their parents. I also like the fact that this branch is open until 6pm (one of the deciding factors for me opening an account with them). The only downside to this location is the parking lot. It's pretty small for a national bank; and the spaces are very small and close together. I did have to drive around about 3 times once because there weren't any spaces available on a Saturday afternoon. If there was a bigger parking lot, or an additional parking lot nearby, this location would be perfect.”
