“I have purchased 2 brand new vehicles and 2 used vehicles from Baum in Clinton, IL, using varying salespeople each time. I have strictly used their service department for my service on all my vehicles, even ones purchased elsewhere. I also frequent their Quick Lube and have had several autobody/collision repairs done with their Collision department. I have yet to have a single bad experience with Baum. All of the staff has been incredibly helpful before and after the sale, during the process of having vehicles in for regular service or collision work. Today, we had a unique situation where the dealership did a buyback of a car for me that I had bought new in 2019 from them. They gave a fair price and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met in this unusual situation. They made it a very seamless transition. Customer service was exceptional yet again today.”

Made you feel as though we was friends. They tested my battery and replaced it on site. So Very pleased with there customer service and I highly recommend any auto issues, stopping in. When I tell you the work and customer service is TOP TIER, I mean it!! And they sell my car across the street if you want to buy it too! I'm happy my 24 Equinox is back in good shape again, I love this car and was impressed in the turnaround time to get it back. I will make sure to have all my body work done here in the future!”

“Called to see if they were able to replace the battery in my Jeep Grand Cherokee since it is complicated by being under the passenger seat. I spoke to Mason who had some of the best customer service I have experienced in some time. He confirmed he had the exact battery we would need and said he would hold it until we got there. My husband went right over and Mason had it switched out in 45 mins. He said Mason was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely go back for any auto needs!”
