All of the service people are so amazing, funny, and know how to do their jobs!! I was in and out in less than an hour. It was only my service tire light but they treated me like first priority.

Service was excellent. They took very good care of my truck and found a few problems even I as a mechanic missed. However the detail department was awful. I would not have my vehicle cleaned by them again. I was not satisfied at all with it. When I confronted the detail manager I felt I was brushed off.

My son had a dead battery in his truck and couldn’t shut it off without getting a jump. I called Dave at baums and even though they were shorthanded in the service department he was able to get it changed right away. Their service is second to none. Thank you
