Can't really help, I called for a repair after being given the number from Thomas's and it just rang and rang. I even called Thomas's to make sure they were open and they said yes to try to call again and nothing. We found somewhere else to fix it. Yes it was during regular business hours.

I can not recommend them highly enough. I was extremely shaken up after an accident and the folks at Kathy's were wonderful to deal with. They made sure I was taken care of and I appreciate their kindness tremendously. I would not take my car anywhere but Kathy's if I needed work done in the future.
