Had the chance to work with Jeff in the service department on a recent claim, and he made things really easy. He didn’t overcomplicate anything, got the info over quickly, and followed through without having to be chased. It's clear he knows his role and handles it well. Solid experience working with him.

Great place to buy a vehicle! Brandon was so easy and great to work with. After having my car for over 10 years, it was time to trade in and up. Brandon answered all my questions and made the transition into my new jeep, seamless. Logan was also very efficient and helpful on the finance/paperwork side. 10/10 recommend!!

Best experience buying a vehicle. No haggle, supper easy, fair price for my trade. Will and Logan were very helpful throughout the process. By the time we transferred our stuff to the new truck, financing was done. I will definitely look to the folks at Baum when it's time to upgrade.
