I've been banking with this place for over 15years and haven't had any major concerns until they got my kids for 2$ fees on their accounts for not going paperless. Shame on me for not noticing the fine print in the folder of lawyer speak, shame on you for not giving your local regular customer a heads up and charging their kids account fees on the little money they actually have. I hope it was worth the few dollars you made, and you're welcome for the nice review.

This is a great bank! Debbie has been extremely helpful to me on various occasions. She recently helped provide me with an account document that I urgently needed. I got the document the same day I went in requesting it. Other people I know, banking at different banks have waited 14 days and counting for the same document. She is amazing and I am happy to be banking here.

Great Bank. Always personal and helpful. Professional. The customer service both over the phone and in person is great with Busey. It feels like a small hometown bank with current technology. Debbie Durando is a great resource and so knowledgeable.

I wanted to get away from Chase but I knew moving four businesses to a new bank was not going to be fun, at all. I was dreading the whole thing. Then I walked into Busey. When it came to setting up the accounts, and handling all the details, Debbie and her team made it easy and stress-free. Debbie had good communication throughout the process via phone and email. She made herself available before and after hours knowing the operating hours are a little tight for some people like myself. All the accounts were opened without a hitch! But that's not where it ends. We were also using Chase for our credit card processing. To start a new Merchant Services was not something I was looking forward to either. Guess what. It was a painless transition! Julie was more than helpful when setting up the check reader and card processor, she even came to our office and made it all work!. So far, all of us are extremely grateful we switched to Busey and that we now have such wonderful people looking out for us. They offer personal service and Immediate response to any concern with just a phone call or email. Oh, and getting that home equity loan could not have been easier! Thank you Debbie!!! Do they have tight hours, yes but that's how they can offer good products at good rates. And it helps keep their employees happy by being able to spend more time with their families.

Hrs. 8 to 4 is good for anyone who doesn't have a job.
