They decide when they want to fill your prescriptions make up different reasons every time sometimes they feel it sometimes they don’t very wishy-washy and rude like their rulers of our health. It’s ridiculous how awful they are when sick people are coming to them and they’re in bed enough shape anyways worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with

today i was helped out big time and i was saved a decent amount of money on my wife’s prescription. i never seem the waiting line move so smooth and fast today before either. the cvs worker gabi was beyond awesome today

Please make it clear the “store” is opening at 8:00 am, but pharmacy opens at 9:00 am… waiting.

Good luck getting the correct dosage of your medications. Every other month they fill the wrong dose of my son’s epilepsy meds, then give me issues when trying to get the correct dose. Promise this won’t happen again. And then repeat. Thank god jewel is opening soon.

Working for the pharmacy was a bad experience but as a customer they are great always willing to help you figure something out if there’s a problem meds are done before you even run out the coal city cvs is the best one around this area

For rude customer service from pharmacist and tech and want them to speculate about you taking too much medication when the dr writes the dates on the scripts, then this is the best place in town!

Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to leave half star! Father had knee replacement and I was told they were out of his prescribed pain medicine. Went back a week later to find out they are still not in stock and haven't been for months! Why didn't they tell me that last week? It's a common pain medication prescribed for just about every surgery, why not have it stocked in bulk for the customers? Why are they even in business? I sure miss Tom from Coal City Pharmacy, at least he would inform you if he wasn't going to be able to fill a prescription in a timely fashion! I would not recommend this place for anything!

I showed up just minutes after my urgent car visit. The team hand my prescriptions ready in about 10 minutes. They were about to close for lunch but delayed it to help me. I am thankful for that. As an OTR truck driver, I may never be through here again but will remember the experience.
