“This was the most exceptional service I have ever received. Laura was the nicest person I have ever met and really made us feel at home. My family flew in from Phoenix and we had the funeral service scheduled to take place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetary. Laura provided a really beautiful velvet pouch that the urn could be stored in for safe and easy travel. It was a last minute drop in and although we felt bad, Laura assured us it was okay. Thank you for everything; I would give more than 5 stars if I could”
