“12/02/2025 had to post the date just in case it doesn’t show up on the rating but around 6:45 close to seven my husband took my tire to get patched or looked at because for some reason my tire was flat. I have no clue how it happened, but I know I was stressing a lot about it and I’m glad that he found a place that was actually open and were able to fix it and it didn’t take that long to fix after it got fixed the person told my husband merry Christmas and he went on his way with the tire fixed. I really feel like this is a good establishment and if I could, I would give them 100 star rating because what they did even if it was just patching a tire and saying merry Christmas and something after that which I don’t know if I should mention it or not, but it definitely made my day and I definitely recommend them. Thank you so much and merry Christmas and thank you so much.”
“Tire Tracks of Wilmington IL was able to get my 2016 Ford Edge in super fast. Thirty minutes after I called explaining the problem it was in process of being fixed. They discussed the issue I had and we agreed on a plan to proceed. The technician was quick and thorough. Problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. They followed up after I left to make sure I was satisfied with their service. I definitely will return in the future and recommend them to others as well.”

“Bought a battery almost 2 years ago had a two-year warranty and a battery went bad. The first employee, a young kid with black hair did not catch. His name could not have been any better. The other employee by the name of Danny took very good care of us alsohad a couple questions which he explained quite well. The battery was exchange free of charge with minimal hassle thank you to the younger gentleman and Danny for handling it so professionally.”
