“I just want to say how incredibly thankful I am for the amazing service I received at the USPS facility in Braidwood, IL. From the moment I walked in, I was met with genuine kindness and patience that truly stood out.
There was a gentleman with tattoos who went above and beyond to help me — he was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. His calm and respectful attitude really made my day. There was also a wonderful woman with blonde hair who was just as kind and patient. They both took their time, made sure I understood everything, and treated me with such warmth and respect. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service these days, and I can’t thank them enough.
I'm so glad I chose this post office over another one I was considering. The level of care and service here is unmatched. If you're in the area and need to visit a post office, I highly recommend going to the Braidwood USPS — you’ll be in great hands.

“Eric is the BEST. I had a delivery issue that I called about and then ended up visiting the post office the next day to inquire about. Eric helped me both times, he remembered me/my issue from our phone call when I arrived the following day at the post office. He took the time to explain and assist me with the most patience, understanding, and detail that he could. I felt reassured and confident in the next steps I needed to take. Then, by much surprise, I received a phone call the day after my visit from Eric and he informed me they were able to completely resolve my issue. Eric is an amazing resource for the Morris post office!”
