“The staff who works here is so very very helpful and friendly! Unfortunately, sometimes the actual time it takes for your mail or package to reach its destination can be very slow, but that's not the fault of the staff here. They'll help you to find the most economical way to send your package.”

“I'm an Etsy seller who needs to ship out 60-90 packages a week, and I have tried several post offices in Chicago and have had multiple bad experiences with things not getting sent where they need to or getting lost in transit. Thsi is the first post office where that has been the case--AND the line is short, moves fast, and the people are kind. Wouldn't go anywhere else.”
