Called I kid you not 21 times back to back with no answer and even for hung up on a couple time to see if they had pepperoni and meat lovers pizza unthawed. Finally decided to go in wasn’t greeted, walk over to pizzas asked if there were any she didn’t answer she’s bend over the counter playing on her phone and on a personal call so I ask again says well are there any in there I said no she said oh well I have some in the back but I can’t make them because there frozen. Get off you phone and do your job🤷♀️I try to do late night gas station runs and 9.5 times outta 10 Theyre locked for 15 to 20 mins

I have been trying to call the store about an issue with my debit card purchase and either they intentionally ignore their or have it set up to just ring until it goes to a screeching sound with no way to leave a message. I live kind of far away so I really don't want to have to drive there but it looks like that's the only option because they refuse to have a working phone system or just don't want to pick up the calls .

The advertised promotion for a $1 Slurpee was not honored due to the specified size being unavailable. The staff member on duty was engaged in a personal phone conversation and was unable to provide adequate customer service or assistance. Additionally, the store was in a state of disarray and uncleanliness.

Fix the the soda fountains they constantly have a bad taste you need to change the water filters also check the expiration dates on the diet and regular pop some of the diet pop taste expired. I worked for 7-Eleven it's a corporate store now it's possible, the one in Moline is fine this issue has been reported to 7-Eleven corporation more negative reviews will be coming if this issue is not fixed the store is losing money and creating a bad reputation for 7-eleven. I hope a regional manager reads this. This is a managerial problem not a employee problem.

The people working don't know how to ring up or are scamming. Charged me $12 for 8 chicken nuggets when they were actually only $2 something. They tried to do the same to my coworker who said that wasn't right before they changed it to the actual price.
