Act II Transportation used to be a great way to get from the Quad Cities to Chicago but now it caters to deep pocket parties rather than travelers. Has failed to meet my needs in several occasions recently.

We had Act II pick our son and daughter in law up at Midway in Chicago and bring them to our home in Hooppole and then pick them up here and return them to Midway. They were prompt and courteous and provided quality service.

We were recently stranded at O’Hare thanks to flight delays. A quick call and to my pleasant surprise, they had a van that was arriving at the airport in a little more than an hour! Punctual, clean and comfortable! Four of us enjoyed a nice ride home.
