“I don't typically by my vehicles from smaller dealerships but I have to tell you that I was pleasantly surprised with Bettendorf Auto Sales and their salesperson Merlin. I happened to be driving by when this beautiful 2014 GMC Sierra SLT caught my eye. I tried to let it go but I kept thinking about it, so I decided to stop in to take a look at it. Merlin walked up with a no pressure approach, answered my questions, let me take it for a test drive and then let me leave without pressuring me into the sale. I am sure he could tell I was in love with the truck before I left but he played it cool. I emailed him a couple times before bringing my wife it to look at it. He was able to trim a little bit off the top and work with me while I sold my previous truck outright. By the time it was done and over with, I felt like I was buying my truck from a trusted friend. I could tell that he's been selling vehicles for a long time and that he wouldn't want me to purchase something I wasn't comfortable with. He went above and beyond helping me out and never made me feel pressured to purchase, which I appreciate.I've had the truck for a couple months now and have had no issues. I like it as much now as I did when I purchased. Thank you Merlin for being honest, being patient with me and making sure I was taken care of. I will make sure to recommend you to others and look you up when I am in the market again!”

“6 months after buying my car from them I started to have some issues with my AWD system. Luckily, Bastian’s Autos purchasing contract included a warranty. I let them know and they got me into their shop just days later for a diagnosis and immediately got to work on utilizing my warranty and getting my repairs approved. Some custom parts had to be ordered but as soon as they were in I was notified and they got it handled right away. The process was smooth and speedy. I've never had such a pleasant experience with a car dealer before! If you are going to buy a vehicle, you should consider getting it from here!”
